House vacation rentals in Abeno Ward

The home is lovely and spacious, and we enjoyed spreading out after all of the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Taxis had a difficult time finding the site, but it is very close to a train station, as another plus. If you are coming to Osaka for the World Expo or Universal Studios, be aware that your travel visa public transportation is approximately 1.5 hours each way to these sites. Bruce is very responsive and a wonderful host, and we felt welcomed during our enjoyable stay. As a family group, the house was perfect for our needs.

Previously booked this airbnb after a friend booked a similar airbnb next door to the current one last year when i came to Osaka. Really convenient and good pricing for an airbnb as its a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Overall a good experience too since they have amenities which are able to accommodate the trip for me and my friends and a host which is responsive and friendly to our needs

Wonderful place to stay with family

便利な場所で奈良を楽しめました。 家具や食器などもとてもいいものが揃えられ、すばらしい滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

We had an amazing time staying here! The place is modern, clean and looks exactly as shown and is very comfortable for the 3 of us. We were able to experience living like a local for our month long stay. The place is equipped with all amenities including a washer and dryer which is a life saver! It is conveniently located close to multiple train stations (5-10 min walk) and walkable to major touristy attractions (20-30min walk) yet enough distance away to be peaceful and safe. The host was super responsive but we didn’t need to contact them much during our stay as everything had clear instructions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka! Thanks for a superb time and hospitality!

편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 대체로 깨끗했고 내부가 춥지도 덥지도 않고 딱 좋았어요. 그리고 피드백이 빠르고 숙소 도착전까지도 자세하게 설명을 해주셨습니다. 아쉬운 점은 문을 열고 닫을때 잘 안되서 불편했지만 하다보니 익숙해졌고 침실 에어컨은 청소가 필요할것 같습니다! 주유패스를 이용했는데 주유패스권으로 데라다초역에서는 이용이 불가해 저희동선으론 조금 불편했습니다. 환승을 해야해서요. 그 외엔 편의점도 가깝고 역도 가깝고 주변에먹을만한곳도 많았습니다! 동네가 조용하고 산책하며 걷기 좋았어요!

You might walk a little bit far from station but everything is great when u stay at the Japanese style home.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Kaorou. Pour 4 personnes, le logement était nickel. Propre, conforme aux photos et proche (5 min à pied) de la station Tengachaya. Nous avons pu visiter la ville sans soucis. PS : Après une longue journée à visiter les rues d'Osaka. La baignoire est un vrai plus. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés.

The place was perfect and so close to visit dotonbori every single night! The host was extremely responsive and understanding. I lost the key and he was able to give me a new one almost immediately. He also stopped by to give a gift which was very nice. The place was very spacious and clean. The washer was very simple to use and did a great job. He even provided detergent to use. Super beautiful neighborhood and it is only an 8 minute peaceful walk through a pretty park to the train station! The station also has a variety of food places and a 100 yen shop that worked great for me to make souvenir bags. Although I didn’t use the kitchen, it was spotless and had everything you may need if you wanted to cook. I am very happy I chose this place for my first stay in Osaka!

Great Airbnb hidden in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Yet it is very convenient, walkable distance to two metro stations, convenient stores and attractions. Building feels newly remodeled and very clean. Really recommend for staying around Tennoji.

Nice place to stay outside of Osaka city centre. The house is modern and you have everything you need to spend a good stay. The neighbour is peaceful with shops and restaurants around. Thank you for having us!

The bnb was well equipped with daily supplies, well cleaned, and overall a comfortable stay. Only downside is the slow network speeds on the home wifi.

The house was big and very good for a group of four, there would have been room for even more people. The location was easy to reach by public transport. Bai and Wei were super helpful and replied fast when we had questions. There was a problem with kitchen TV but they came to fix it during the same day. Can recommend the place!

和地铁站很方便，几百米就走到，家边上有药妆店，711和罗森，也有几家餐馆。房间里面设备都比较完善，住的体验很棒。

We hit the jackpot with this stay! honestly book now before she raises the price as she easily could. absolutely beautiful home accurately described. great communication from The Host from the local guide to labeling all of the buttons on the appliances and light switches in English so it was easy to figure everything out. not only that but it's beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Kiki was so nice on positive and made us feel very very welcome. snatched this one up quick!

Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, from the comfy bed to the small touches that made the stay extra homey. The location is in a quiet residential area, which I really appreciated — it gave me a more local and relaxed experience. Even though it’s tucked away from the busier parts of the city, getting around was easy thanks to the nearby tram. It was a unique and charming way to explore Osaka, and it connected well to major train lines. I loved coming back here each evening — it was always calm, safe, and felt like my own little space in Japan. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a warm, comfortable stay while exploring the Kansai region. Would definitely book again!
