Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Abeno Ward

It was a great experience staying at a traditional Japanese style apartment over the weekend. The place was so quiet and the community was perfectly matched with what we expected: decent people and peaceful daily life. The room was cute and filled with everything you might need for a living. Highly recommended if you are tired of choosing highly standardized hotels like us.

O anfitrião respondia rapidamente, foi paciente respondendo nossas dúvidas e super solicito para nos apoiar em qualquer dificuldade que tivemos. O bairro é tranquilo, seguro e tem todo o necessário. The property is in great location, with several convenient stores, grocery store (Life, a Kroger/HEB like store for fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and fruits), department store (Super Walmart version), subway stations and restaurants all within 8 min walking distance. 2 stops from city center for entertainment and shopping. The house is spotless, nice kitchen and entertainment items are provided. Tones of towels, 7 types of shampoos and conditioners. We really enjoyed the stay in the house. The host kindly let us check-in early on last minute request. 100% satisfied and highly recommend the place.

We spent 1 week at Kinna’s property and absolutely loved everything about it . The home was absolutely beautiful inside and clean . Our stay was extremely comfortable . Spacious enough for our family of 6 . Amenities such as dishes , kitchenware, cotton swabs , WiFi , shampoo, conditioner, body wash , toothpaste, toothbrush and too many other things to list were provided by the host. Bath towels were a perfect size compared to at other accommodations . The washer dryer combo was great . Very close walk to the train station . A public bath was located right around the corner which we had used to help relieve our sore legs and body at the end of the day . Several close convenience stores . This has got to be one of the best airbnb we had ever stayed in. We just left and missed our stay there already! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home !

I really enjoyed my stay at this spacious place! The place had plenty of room to relax and move around, making it perfect for both work and downtime. This stay was absolutely amazing! Great location in Osaka. Super easy trip to Kobe and Nara as well if you’d like. Home was absolutely beautiful as well. 100% recommend.

House was great, lots of rooms and ensuite bathrooms in each room. Clean and tidy with amenities in all the bathrooms. The only downside would be that there is no manual and dryer, although there is a clothes line on the top floor. Kitchen easy to use with the necessary equipment.

We love this place so much and Vivian so kind to us, if we have a chance to come to Japan again we will come back here

We are a family of six and I must say that this was the best experience that we have ever had. This is a nice peaceful and walkable location. The host spoiled us with many amenities including fresh fruit, snacks, candies, drinks, etc upon arrival. The kids even had a gaming system to use as well as practice their piano lessons. This is a spotless and adorable house with balconies that have a wonderful view of the tower. Very close to shoping districts. We enjoyed our walk to Dotonburi and passed through multiple shopping areas as recommended by the host. There is so much good to mention about this house that I'm lost for words. If you don't stay here, you are missing out on a great experience. We will stay at this location again. Thank you for the wonderful experience for me my wife and for kids. They will always remember this trip

Our stay is going great and big to fit 8 pax, especially in Japan hotel has small room. So this place is a gem, super recommended even for 2 families. Bedrooms are in the 3rd floor and entrance level. So , there is no interruption when there are members gather and chat in the living hall and kitchen , quiet neighbourhood , you could catch a good rest . Beds and pillows are awesome , we all had a good sleep throughout the nights and the kids love the space so much too! Host very responsive and friendly. Thanks to the comfortable home, Will definitely come back again, when we visit Osaka again.

It was organized and tidy; with ample amenities that made our stay comfortable. We brought two cars; one parked at the house and another one was parked near the house (paid carpark). It was convenient for us since we arrived at night. The house was also located in a very cosy neighbourhood, so it was so pleasing to the eyes. A recommended stay 👍🏼

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~

🏠The house looks exactly like the photos. I stayed here with 6 people, and everything was perfect not crowded at all. The facilities and appliances were clean, as if the house had just been renovated and opened for guests. 📍Great location, close to Tengachaya Station. It’s just a short walk not tiring at all. There are convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. Next to Tengachaya Station, there’s a small shopping mall called Qanat Mall, where you can find fresh food, groceries, ready-to-eat meals, all at affordable prices. It’s very convenient to stop by there before heading to the house. 👨🏼‍💻The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Very flexible with check-in. Since I arrived early at 12:00 PM, I asked to leave my luggage before check-in time. The house was already ready, so the host kindly allowed me to check in early. Excellent service!
