Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

Our cozy and comfortable studio suite is good for business trips, travellers, short term students, or couples trying to get away. The space is updated and offers a TV and fully equipped kitchen. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
