We had a very good night at this charming village house close to the sea. Everything was as described and we were even able to meet Xavier at the nearby pool (covered and heated).

the amenities are really the most of this place, billiards, table tennis, petanque court, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The cardre is beautiful, and very quiet. Practical accommodation re functional. All with a very friendly and always available host. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Phillipe's house. It's very spacious and accommodated our party of seven adults and two children with no problems. Lovely garden, and we enjoyed the nice warm pool and a few games of Carom billiards! Miannay is a nice quiet village, and we recommend the boucherie!

Perfect stay of a few days spent in Dieppe between teleworking and rest. The house is very well-equipped: the garden and heated pool are really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and allows you to enjoy the sunset over the sea a few seconds' walk away. Patrick is very welcoming, friendly and available. I will come back without hesitation

A favorite for our stay at Raphaël's. The house is charming, accessible and very well located, comfortably furnished, very well-equipped. The instructions and information were very clear and the host was always responsive and attentive. Special mention for the peace and quiet and the view! An address that we treasure.

An address to remember!! Very modern and convenient accommodation. We really enjoyed the air conditioning. It was over 30 degrees during our stay and we had a great night's sleep thanks to the air conditioning. Nice location, beach and shops nearby. We didn't use our car at all. The accommodation was clean, spacious and had nice beds. The lockbox means you are not dependent on arrival times. It is ideal for a stopover. If you come for your rest, this is a very suitable place.

We booked this stay to bring all the family members (children, grandchildren) together around the elders, Marie Thérèse and Yves. The whole group was delighted, and even more so, to spend this Pentecost weekend in Anne and Olivier's splendid property. The setting is beautiful and the mansion is just as beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the bedding excellent, the furniture tastefully chosen. Everything is in ample quantities to cook and spend pleasant moments around the table (indoors and outdoors) We recommend this place and thank Anne for her very friendly welcome.

The stay for my husband and I was very nice and fully met our expectations. It's very quiet and the view of the sea is wonderful. We always had dinner on the terrace in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. The apartment is very clean and cozy, the kitchen well equipped, the bed comfortable. We highly recommend this place. It is a 5-minute walk down to the village and to the beach. There are restaurants and a cabane with fresh seafood that can be eaten on site or taken away. If you walk along the beach, after about 10 minutes you will come to a wonderful beach bar (in Saint Margeurite) overlooking the sea where you can also eat fine food (reservation recommended). Vale les roses is very nice, a town about 15 minutes away by car (about 2.5 hours on foot).= There is also a bus service, but take a good look at the bus schedule. The bus does not run too often during the day during the holiday season.

Perfect weekend. Xavier was very friendly, helpful and always in reach. The house is clean and comfortable with everything there for an easy stay. It’s a wonderful setting. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the water at night. Highly recommended for a nice escape!

I found in Ludivine's cottage "the barn", the rest and tranquility that I had come to look for, the cottage is also very well equipped and in a good location. There is a beautiful terrace that makes you want to eat outside, with a small barbecue. An address to recommend.

The +: Very friendly welcome, responsive hosts, very charming and peaceful cottage, clean cottage, good bedding, good overall services for a real moment in the countryside. The cons: Even if it's not disturbing at all, there are 2 independent cottages on the same land and it should be mentioned in the description, some kitchen utensils need to be replaced, some bad smells (false septic I think) from time to time but nothing serious. I would recommend this cottage for its charm and for the great hospitality of Georgie and Ben.

We had a great time at the seaside. The accommodation is completely faithful to the photos and description. Sparkling clean Beds made on arrival, linens provided, it's a plus. Small touches even for our dog. Céline is very welcoming and puts you at ease right away. His little tips are invaluable. You just have to know that this place is quite secluded and that it's absolute calm. It wasn't a problem for us. Thanks to Celine
