The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The property consists of a townhouse with a formerly functioning smokehouse attached, as well as a quiet and private garden. The house and the beautiful town form the perfect setting for a holiday on Bornholm.

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. Østerli Farm Glamping is a 30 m2 canvas tent furnished with beds and tables as well as basic necessities such as an electric kettle and refrigerator. There is room for four, but best for two. Next to the tent, you will find the private terrace with a fire pit and grill from which the beautiful view of the fields can be enjoyed. Close to Nexø, Aarsdale and wonderful Svaneke. All offer beautiful shops, restaurants and cafes. Østerli is located with Paradisbakkerne in the backyard. Here you will find both crevices and wild nature.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
