For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with its own entrance and a view of the bay and Risskov.

The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

A few steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants on Jægergårdsgade, the food market on Ingerslev, within walking distance of Strøget and Åen, close to water and forest. A large living room with sofa and dining table, and a quiet bedroom with closet space. The balcony has full sun from about 1 pm - 8 pm with a daybed, dining table and barbecue. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area.
