A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

It is located 5 minutes from Çiğli State Hospital and Katıp Çelebi University, 5 minutes from Egekent İzbana, and 1 minute on foot from the tram stop and the industrial zone entrance. There is no cooking in the house. The natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
