Light-filled apartment on a quiet street in the 5th - a treat for 31 days! The kitchen was very well equipped; bed, and sofa-bed in 2nd br, both very comfortable (we didn't use other sofa bed in living room); bathroom spotless. Marco and Frederico responded very quickly to questions, were very easy to work with. Location is fabulous - bus stops and RER lines slightly closer than Metro, but all very convenient. Notebook of guest instructions and suggestions was among the best I've seen in AirBNB rentals. Fabulous job Marco et Frederico! Merci bien!

I had the true pleasure of staying in Porter's lovely one bedroom apartment for two months in connection with a work-related assignment and it exceeded my every expectation. It is spacious, well-equipped and well-designed. The apartment is situated within two courtyards which insures peace and quiet at all times, an invaluable luxury. In my opinion, the neighborhood is one of the very best in Paris. I could find all that I could ever possibly need within several blocks of the apartment, particularly at the shops of the numerous merchants that line rue du Cherche-Midi as well as at the nearby Bon Marché, the ultimate food and shopping emporium in Paris. I frequented also many of the cafés and restaurants that are present in the immediate area. The apartment is just steps away from major transportation: three metro lines, a taxi queue, and many bus lines which enabled me to traverse Paris easily. I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation whatsoever. It is a gem.

I liked staying at Rina’s place. I loved the location it was amazing, and the area had such a great vibe and it is one of the best areas. The place itself was small and cozy and it had everything I needed and it worked for me.
