Palais Longchamp is 6 minutes from the apartment.

A stone's throw from Place Jean Jaurès ( the plain) and Cours Julien, you can enjoy the very dynamic and trendy life of the Camas district, shop, bar, restaurant, street arts. a metro and tram station 5 min away will allow you to get around very easily.

Seaside house isolated in a pine forest, with a living area of approximately 80 m2. Access is via a private subdivision (electric gate). The shed is located on a plot of pine trees sheltered from the mistral on the edge of a wire railroad, implying a noise disturbance of a few seconds during the passage of the train (passenger transport) but the silence is total outside these few moments, as well as at night.
