Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in 5th arrondissement

Week-end très agréable. Cet ancien atelier de canut a beaucoup de charme et a été très bien aménagé ! Nous nous sommes senties les bienvenues et tout de suite à l'aise !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez B et notre arrivée s’est déroulée sans aucun problème. Le petit appartement niché sous les toits, au 4e étage (sans ascenseur), dispose d’une très jolie vue et d’une décoration agréable. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter des charmes du quartier St-Jean!

Maxence’s apartment in Lyon was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing—just 15 minutes from the Roman ruins, surrounded by peaceful parks, and tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Everything we needed was right there: laundry, a dishwasher, even candles and foreign adapters (such a thoughtful touch!). The kitchen is super well-equipped—cooking there was genuinely a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable, and the space overall is so cleverly designed—efficient, stylish, and full of character. We also loved the secure and free parking just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. All in all, one of the most comfortable and well-thought-out places we've stayed. Highly recommend!

What a lovely apartment and what a fantastic location, right in the heart of Presqu'ile/Belcour - which means easy walking distance to eveything. As for our host Yannick - a true gentleman and nothing was too much trouble for him ! When we return to Lyon we won't bother looking around, we will simply hope that Yannick's apartment is available. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alexandre. Le logement ressemble en tout point à la description et aux photos. Nous partageons les valeurs d’eco responsabilité pour les fluides, le tri sélectif… La literie et le linge sont de qualité ! Une belle adresse et à 1 station de métro du vieux Lyon.

Host gentilissimo, ottima struttura, posizione perfetta ben arredata e molto pulita. Unico suggerimento un solo mazzo di chiavi e poco, sarebbero meglio due!

Ariane is a very kind and helpful person. We enjoyed her cozy and super clean apartment. Everything was really clean and well-prepared. Upon our departure, she was so kind and generous to allow us to leave our luggages in the apartment three hours after our check-out which was a great help to us. If I travel back to Lyon, I will surely stay there again.

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

L'endroit est magnifique, paisible et très bien placé. le logement est spacieux clair et très bien organisé, rien de manque même pas les petites surprises pour rendre votre arrivée encore plus sympa. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci beaucoup

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

Gregory's place was super well located, being right next to the Botanical gardens is really great. The place was very spacious, very well equiped, the AC came in handy and overall super clean. Gregory was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this place when visiting Lyon!
