Le logement dispose d'un PARKING PRIVATIF sécurisé sans supplément Il a été refait à neuf, il est très bien isolé (chaud l'hiver, frais l'été). Chauffage au gaz individuel. Il dispose d'un grand dressing et de tout le confort. Il y a des escaliers pour accéder au studio, qui n'est pas adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite.
