The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Large terrace with the most beautiful view on Lyon, the Saône and Fourvière (15 min by foot and 10 min by bus). Less than 15 min to old Lyon town. Work from home with our office and high speed broadband (optic fiber). In the evening, turn on the high-resolution screen for a nice popcorn movie night (Netflix, Amazon Prime), or browse the books in the library. Secured parking available.

A 10 min à pied du centre de Tassin (commerces, poste...) vous serez dans un quartier résidentiel de maisons anciennes du début du 20ème siècle entourées de grands jardins. Un petit air de campagne paisible à 15 min de l'hypercentre de Lyon.
