Vacation rentals with breakfast in 3rd arrondissement

Perfect location (close to Paris ) We felt out of place thanks to the large garden . The house was clean ( which is very important to me) The host was not there to welcome us but was super responsive by phone . Recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

We had a weekend in Paris. The Fernando house has a very good value for the area. We found a great Asian restaurant nearby, and the RER A made it very easy for us to get to Paris.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

Honestly nothing to say about their kindness, the cleaning service everything was great I will go back without any worries

some insects disturbed our sleep for some time, however host responded us and provided fans next day, which helped us a lot. All others was Good.

We loved the central location, and being able to walk to any destination in Paris. The cathedral view from the apartment made for beautiful morning and sunset views. Sophie's accommodation is charming and very functional, the building in which it is located is very quiet and very reassuring. The location is ideal with lots of small shops and very close to public transportation. The explanations given to us by Sophie were very complete, which greatly facilitated our stay. We had a very pleasant stay, better than we could have imagined! Thank you very much Sophie!

We had a wonderful stay at Elodie's flat. Communication before we arrived (and when we were there) was excellent and we were met at the flat so that we knew exactly how everything worked. The flat was really clean, tidy and quirky with balconies at every window with an amazing view of the Sacre Coeur. Elodie, very kindly, left lots of food for us eg milk, bread, butter, juice etc. It's in a great location with lots of cafes, boulangeries near by, the metro just two minutes walk away, and Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur on the doorstep. We would definitely love to stay again.

The apartment was great for a solo traveler like me. It’s peaceful, and safe, and the bed was cozy after long days of seeing the city. It’s close by to great shopping on Rue Mouffetard along with restaurants. Benjamin was responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and allowed me some flexibility with checking in and checking out.

An excellent stay, the studio is really great, fully equipped and with small fruit juices and cakes available upon arrival. Amandine was very friendly, and available, her instructions were very clear. The neighborhood is peaceful, the studio is very clean, we really have nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back!

Bruno's apartment is very spacious, perfect for a stay for families or a couple of friends, perfect location with lots of restaurants, bars, metro nearby and also playgrounds for children. Finally, several toilets and bathrooms are available, which is very rare for Paris. Bruno was always extremely responsive and greatly facilitated check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this apartment.

We loved staying at this Airbnb. Everything was wonderful and it was our families perfect resting place after long days exploring.

This was my second stay, and it was just as comfortable and well-suited for my visit as the first time. I look forward to returning in the future.

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops nearby. I would recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station and on the first floor, so you might hear a little noise, but the windows block out the noise well, so if you faint after traveling, you can sleep without waking up in the middle. The breakfast provided by Morgan was great, and it was a happy accommodation because he was so kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton swabs and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.
