We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Des hôtes sympathiques, disponibles et conviviaux. Qui aiment à echanger avec leurs locataires. Une réelle volonté de nous faire passer un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement refait avec gout et particulièrement bien équipé. L'environnement est très calme et permet de bien se ressourcer après les journées de visite dans la ville. Le bus est à 50 mètres et permet de rejoindre le centre de Lyon soit directement soit en transitant par le métro. La communication avec l'hôte est excellente et le guide des activités à faire et restaurants à découvrir qu'il a réalisé est très utile. En résumé, si vous voulez passer quelques jours à Lyon réservez ce logement et vous ne serez pas déçu.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Emilie, l’espace extérieur et le calme. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une météo estivale pour en profiter, en revanche nous avons eu trop chaud à l’étage, où se situe la chambre. Juste dommage qu’on ne puisse pas entrer dans le logement plus tôt que 17h. Mais nous recommandons vivement, une charmante adresse :)

We enjoyed our stay ! Apartment is very well located in a quiet but strategically located area, so important for us. Rhone river and its markets are just 3-5 minute walk. City center is 15-20 minute walk or short subway or tram rides. The stops are nearby the apt. The space was very clean and had the dining utensils needed. Though we did not use, the kitchen appeared to have lots of cooking utensils , in case you plan to cook. Groceries are within walking distance as well. Adding this to our list of airbnbs for future travels !

Airbnb très confortable, et moderne Cependant, pour la mezzanine avec le lit, il ne faut pas être trop grand ! 😅 Mis à part cela, très bon Airbnb, bien localisé

Un petit cocon avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour professionnel ou touristique. Proche des transports et de toutes les commodités. Accueil soigné et bienveillant : dosettes de café, tisane....produits d'hygiène. Le studio jouit d'une cour privée dans un lieu sécurisé. L'hôte est à l'écoute et reste disponible en cas de besoins. Une adresse à retenir et un grand merci pour cet accueil bienveillant. Kheira.

Bon endroit pour séjourner à Lyon avec un bon rapport qualité prix et idéalement situé pour tout visiter à pied ou transport en communs. Thai est très réactif et attentif aux besoins des voyageurs. Je recommande

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, la résidence est très calme, nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté pour nous garer à proximité et le quartier est très agréable. Le tram est à proximité. Cet appartement a beaucoup d'avantages. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Sie ist per Fahrstuhl auch von der Tiefgarage bequem zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse erstreckt sich über die gesame Länge der Wohnung und ist mit vielen Pflanzen und Kunstrasen sowie einem Essplatz und einer kleinen Sitzgruppe sehr gemütlich. Eine große Markise sorgt ggf. für Schatten. Alle technischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Tiefgaragenplatz kostete 30,- € extra, was im Vergleich zu den Gebühren auf der Straße günstig ist. Die Zufahrt zur Garage ist allerdings sehr eng. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Lidl Supermarkt. In der Nähe ist eine lokales Stadteilzentrum mit Restaurants, Bäckereien und Cafés. Zum Lyon-Zentrum von kann man die Tram oder die Metro nehmen, die in ~10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Thierry ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Regeln, die bei Nichtbeachtung z.T. mit Zusatzkosten belegt sind - also gut lesen und befolgen!

This apartment in Lyon was perfect for our group of 3 and having the option of a twin bed configuration in the 2nd bedroom was great. The location is amazing. The street itself is quiet, but very close to plenty of restaurants and bars, so we felt that we had the best of both worlds. We could easily walk or train to everywhere we wanted to visit. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean, functional and well set up with everything we could possibly need. Stephanie and Manuella were wonderful hosts who were lovely to communicate with. We appreciated their prompt and helpful responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

I really enjoyed staying at Marion's Place, the instructions were clear and the apartment was as described. Marion also gave me some recommendations about the city as it was my first time and I took all the recommendations and it was super nice. The apartment is just about 5mins walk to the metro station so it was easy to navigate and there are great restaurants around. Would def come back.

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

Nous avons A-DO-RÉ notre séjour chez James et Maryline ! Ce sont probablement les hôtes les plus proactifs et disponibles que nous avons eus dans tous nos séjours Airbnb. Ils sont réactifs, trouvent rapidement des solutions et nous ont donné plusieurs excellentes suggestions de restaurants. Ils expliquent aussi très bien toutes les commodités. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos : propre, chaleureux, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. La cuisine est bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Il est aussi très bien situé, à proximité d’une rue commerçante et des transports en commun. Il y a de la vie autour, mais l’appartement reste très calme. 😊 Le seul petit hic… ce sont les quatre étages à monter avec les valises, un vrai défi ! Mais même cela était mentionné dans l’annonce, donc nous étions préparés mentalement. 😉 James et Maryline sont des hôtes parfaits ! Oui, oui, ça existe… et c’est à Lyon !
