What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

This studio was perfect for two travelers visiting for a few days. The location is absolutely perfect. All the sites we wanted to visit were within walking distance, or accessible via the metro stop steps away from the door. The grocery store across the street provided our evening snacks and wine, and the cafe below was our source of morning espresso. The little yellow boulangerie just out the door to the left met all our pastry needs. In addition to the excellent location, the studio itself was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, which can be a challenge in older buildings. And the pictures don’t do justice to the view. We never drew the curtains, and felt immersed! There were some reviewers with concerns about noise, but our experience was that it was a very quiet place. In fact, after a long day of sightseeing and being in crowds, we found it to be a wonderful respite. Overall it was a fantastic little studio for two travelers, and I would stay again! We absolutely LOVED staying at 21 Place Dauphine! The location near Notre Dame and right across the bridge from the 6th Arr. is absolutely perfect! There is a precious courtyard with a wine shop and little cafes and locals playing bocce that was a delight. Beds are comfortable (pillows were a little hard), and the a/c works great. The stairs up to the apartment are original and treacherous if you don't have great mobility - just be careful! Luckily, there was a small elevator to transport our bags up to the apartment and my older parents just used the elevator to go up and down. The kitchen has what you need for cocktails and snackies and, but don't plan to cook a meal there. Every morning we went to a boulangerie within walking distance & brought back pastries & had coffee in the apartment w/ the windows open & birds chirping and it was magical. One of our favorite restaurants within a 5-minute walk was Chez Fernand on rue Christine! (need rezzies, for sure)

A beautiful apartment lovingly furnished and decorated. Metro stop and good grocery store (Intermarché) less than a 5m walk, many cafes and vintage clothing stores in neighborhood. The apartment is far back enough from the busy streets outside to be quiet night or day. We loved it and our host.

This apartment is an absolute dream – for us the most beautiful home in Paris and one of the most wonderful Airbnbs we have ever been to. We felt like at home from the first moment. The apartment is furnished with so much love for detail – stylish, warm, with soul. You can immediately feel that this is a real home and not an anonymous apartment. A huge thank you also to Isabel, the good soul of the house, who welcomed us so warmly, showed us everything and was always there for us. Just like Christophe, the host – with him, too, the communication was warm, reliable and uncomplicated from the beginning. The apartment: Ideal for us as a family – with two bedrooms, large kitchen, cozy living room and spacious bathrooms. The location is perfect: right next to the Tuileries, everything within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the metro right next door. A real gem in the middle of Paris. Unrestricted heartfelt recommendation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in France. The place is very spacious and clean, perfect for our big family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, grocery stores, and shops. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended!
