Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Prachtig en rustig appartement vlak bij de metro, Gare du Nord en Gare de l’est. Bakker en supermarkt in de straat en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is echt heel leuk en mooi, perfect voor een grotere groep of, zoals bij ons, voor een groot gezin. Je zit in een leuke wijk met vooral veel Indiase winkels, ook echt Parijs dus! Op straat is er leven, maar eenmaal binnen is het stil en privé. Vincent is snel en flexibel en we hebben het er erg leuk gehad.

Kadia’s place was the perfect stay for our family for a few days in Paris. There was plenty of room for six of us, and plenty of bathrooms. The living room space had plenty of comfortable seating and the bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Kadia was super responsive and was always ready to answer questions. The listing is very descriptive and accurate. We felt at home immediately and loved how close the place is to so many great little neighborhood restaurants, bars, shops and markets. The food and service in the area cafes are great! As described in the listing and reviews, the home is on 3 floors and there are two sets of spiral staircases that may be difficult for some people to navigate, but our family had no issues with the stairs, including our 6 and 9 year old kids. Loved our stay here!

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Sandrine ha sido perfecta. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y el alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Todo estaba tal como se describe, y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans ce logement. L’appartement est très bien équipé, tout est pensé pour le confort, et surtout il est d’une propreté irréprochable ! Je recommande vivement, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Marin's place was great, 5 mins from the metro n supermarkets, boulangerie,cheeseshops, restaurants nearby. Only thing like many old cities there was no lift! Marin was always cheerful and responsive. He was a great host and checkin and out was great.

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

Absolutely loved Ana’s place! Great location, responsive host, apartment had everything we needed and more. Perfect for our stay in Paris. Will absolutely recommend this stay and will return when I’m back in Paris !

Great location and very good and friendly communication. The apartment is lovely and I had a great time in the neighborhood. There are many good restaurants and coffee bars around to choose from.

C’est notre troisième expérience chez Airbnb l’appartement de Nolwenn est fidèle à la description et la surprise c’est qu’elle nous a laissé plein de surprises dans les placards ce qui nous donnait l’impression d’être dans notre famille On a eu deux jours un peu chauds Nolwenn a prévu un appareil à rafraîchir Le quartier est waou on le connaissait déjà notre fille y habite pas trop loin Nolwenn est à l’écoute très réactive et c’est appréciable pour nous qui venons de loin Bref nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
