Where should I start? Everything about this place is perfect. Starting with the host. Communication was very pleasant, obliging and very, very nice in advance. We were welcomed as friends and the place was lovingly prepared for us. Everything was sparkling clean and we felt super comfortable. I would especially like to emphasize that Arnaud is super child-friendly. We came with our 3 children and although the apartment is small, that was not a problem. Around the corner is not only Sacre Coer, but also a great little park with play equipment for all ages. Our boys loved to play soccer there. Finally, the location. Unbeatable. We look forward to coming back one day.

After a very last minute request, I spent 4 wonderful days in Heidi’s apartment. The apartment is great: contains everything you could need and is and well located. Heidi’s communication was very clear, helpful and attentive ; the process for arrival and departure was very easy. Matches exactly its description on the site. I thoroughly recommend !

We stayed here for four nights we our 18 year old son. This place was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. And the apartment, weak the apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It’s also really peaceful even through its close to everything. The Arc de Triomphe is just around the corner and the neighborhood is lovely. Lots of great restaurants and cake shops within walking distance. We also walked all over, to all the main locations - Le Louvre, NotreDame, Mont matre and the Effel Tower, but if you don’t want all the walking - the metro is only a couple of minutes walk. I can’t recommend this place enough and if we ever get the chance to come to Paris again - we won’t look anywhere else to stay.

My family loved LOVED this place. There were 2 bathrooms, plus a shower in one bathroom then a serparate shower in the master. My kids each had their own bed in the perfect set up kids room. The place is so cute and I was obsessed with the decor, colors, furniture, everything. The pictures don't do it justice! There was so much room for us to spread out and the host had great recs for walkable places. We had trouble with the washing machine, but we wrote the host and the responded and was able to help us reset the machine. I have no complaints and would definately stay here again. A great place for families with kids. My kids loved each having their own bed.

The place was nice, great of a short stay, very easy to access and great communication from the host.

The apartment was excellent! Well located, near the Metrostation. Gautier was very attentive, always ready to answer any questions we had. We would have preferred to have more pillows though, but in general it was a very nice place to stay in Paris.

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!

We highly recommend it, great location (you can't get better), beautiful apartment fully equipped. There are plenty of great restaurants and bakeries in the area. Michal took care of us at check-in, was very helpful and recommended local places. If we had any questions, we had constant contact with the host. In addition, the building has a small elevator that makes it easier to access the apartment! During our stay, we used the apartment for 4 adults, the apartment is definitely enough for such a group and allows for free use and functioning. The location itself really allows you to access the main attractions of Paris on foot. We will certainly come back next time! Best regards :)

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Perfect accommodation: accessibility/proximity to transport, quiet, clean, tidy and with all the necessary equipment. Mathieu is very responsive and friendly, I recommend it!

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I’ve been to Paris many times and this hands down is the absolute best location for a first time visit or seasoned traveler. Your close to all the sights but just far enough away you feel like your in a local neighborhood. Outstanding opportunity if you’re looking for a place in Paris and this is an option take it. You won’t be disappointed. The hosts are responsive quickly and kind, gave great recommendations. Highly recommend.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

A great spot — especially for families. Very walkable with a great park/playground just down the street. Thibaut was an amazing host!

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

absolutely fantastic accomodation for our stay in Paris for 3 nights, beautiful view from the balcony of pretty much the whole of Paris, including the Eiffel tower!!! Really lovely apartment, small but really everything you need for food, relaxing after a day of exploring and a wonderful balcony to relax on with food and drinks, has all the amenities one would need and more and such a lovely use of the space! Olivier was an excellent host with videos on how everything works and all instructions clearly written and explained and video'd too! He was quick to reply to questions and anything we needed help with before our trip and very eager to be a great host which he was, thoroughly recommend and we would absolutely love to stay again!!
