Pet-friendly vacation rentals in 13th arrondissement

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Catherine is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to queries and made wonderful dinner recommendations. We had an amazing dining experience at L’Hommage. The house is a home from home. It is comfortable rather than luxurious making it an easy place to relax. As described, it is a little walk from the Metro station but it’s worth it in order to visit the patisseries and intermarche! It was an excellent base for a few days in Paris with friends

Christel a été une hôte avec qui l’échange a été super facile en virtuel et en réel. Qui s’intéresse à votre ressenti quant au séjour que vous passez dans son logement. Et qui a été hyper arrangeante concernant l’heure d’arrivée ce qui m’a énormément arrangé ! Il y a des commerces à 8 minutes à pieds. Également à 8 minutes il y a la ligne 7 du métro pour rejoindre Paris facilement. Très contente du logement dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Et une petite pensée pour mon copain à 4 pattes Rosko 🫶

Superbe séjour chez Philippe ! La maison est magnifique et bien décorée. Elle est proche du centre de Paris et facilement accessible en transports. Le patio est très agréable pour se poser et se détendre. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, tout est à porté de main. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

Our stay at this chic airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood was fantastic and central, we walked everywhere and had a lot of fun exploring. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything we needed - including a magical built-in coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again and plan to check if it is available on our next visit. The host was incredibly responsive and really helpful in our arrival and departure. Highly recommend booking this little gem in the center of everything.

Its location is ideal: just off a main road, a short walk to the Metro, and not far from the lively backstreets filled with fantastic bars and restaurants. Since it was spring, the area came alive in the evenings, creating an amazing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the Sunday markets nearby, and there are a couple of small supermarkets close for anything you might need. For first-time visitors to Paris like myself, I highly recommend downloading the Metro app—it’s the easiest way to purchase and store tickets on your iPhone. Getting around the city was effortless, with the Metro providing quick access to all the major attractions. If you're looking for a unique, spotless, and well-equipped place with real personality, Evan’s apartment is the perfect choice.

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

Perfect location, walkable and easy Metro access. Updated and well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable.very responsive when we had questions. Great stay!!

This little place is in such a good location! Walkable to all transportation, so easy to get anywhere in the metropolitan area, and on a quiet street. Having a washing machine was a real advantage during our stay. It’s attractively decorated and very clean, although a bit tight on space in the bedroom and bath.

Petit appartement très agréable dans le 13ème arrondissement de Paris, très propre et bien agencé il convient totalement à un sejour Parisien. Erwan a été très réactif et nous a bien conseillé.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
