Vacation rentals with a home theater in 13th arrondissement

extremely happy with our stay, the location is great close to metro and lovely neighborhood. Clement is a great host super responsive, with great recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood, definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

The best apartment. We had everything, we need, the rooms are really big, the beds are very comfortable. The connection was perfect. Simo is superhost, he helped us a lot. The area is safe, I used to run at about 22-23 p.m. and there wasn't any problem. To get to the centre of Paris it takes about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this apartment. If we go to Paris one more time, we will be happy to stay there again.

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Un week-end tout simplement magique ! Les enfants étaient émerveillés du début à la fin, tout comme nous. Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de mon conjoint en famille autour d’un barbecue, dans un cadre parfait pour créer de beaux souvenirs. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille, et ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un vrai bonheur pour petits et grands ! Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés. Hote très réactif et super sympa :)

Perfect secure place for a solo traveller/couple that is walking distance from the shops, train station and the Whitewater stadium. But most importantly Didier was extremely welcoming, helpful and very prompt with his responses. would recommend!!

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Die Unterkunft hat voll und ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten, sogar zusätzliche Kissen waren vorhanden. Toll war auch, dass ein Parkplatz inbegriffen war. Das Haus selbst war ruhig und die Gegend angenehm. Um ins Zentrum zu kommen, konnten verschiedene Metrostationen innerhalb von 10-15 zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Stan fut très réactif avant pendant et après notre séjour Appartement très propre Proche des transports ( RER À ou BUS ) et facile d’accès Petit commerce à proximité ( Intermarché etc.) Je le recommande vivement Très bon rapport qualité prix proposé

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !
