Condo vacation rentals in 13th arrondissement

The apartment is beautiful, bright and large and is located in a quiet residential block directly at the metro station. The area is a residential area with few shops, but there is a supermarket nearby and also restaurants/cafes. The apartment itself was simple, but sufficiently and practically equipped, without much frills. Also in the kitchen the most important thing was there, so we could cook well for 5 people. Everything was very clean (only the sofa was a little dusty) and the Internet worked well. We felt very comfortable overall. Only we lacked fans, as it was very warm and stuffy in the rooms due to the high summer temperatures. The communication was great - we were provided with all the important information the day before, found everything without problems and received a quick, friendly answer to all questions. We can only recommend the apartment!

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Pros: The view from the apartment is great and you can see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The location is located close to several Metro lines, which made it easy to get around Paris and to Versailles. It was also nice to be in a low-traffic area plus the restaurant/bakeries/grocery close to the apartment were very good and convenient. The washer/dryer in-unit is useful if you pack light and need to rewear. Remi was pretty responsive and was flexible with our check-in, which we greatly appreciated. He also has a booklet with clear instructions as well as books on Paris with recommendations. Cons: Washer/Dryer was a bit smelly during our stay. Both beds were sofa beds and the sheets were a bit itchy. The apartment tends to get a bit hot at night as it is on the 19th floor. The toilet is in a very tight space. Overall, I would recommend this place as it was a great deal with minor inconveniences. My friend and I stayed a week and it was well worth the value.

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomas’ apartment. It’s very stylish and comfortable. Located close to Gare de Lyon in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of useful shops and places to eat. A good base to explore Paris from. Thomas sent very good instructions about accessing the apartment which was helpful as we arrived late. Would definitely recommend

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We loved it and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A little tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.
