Vacation rentals with beach access in 12th arrondissement

stayed with my wife and 5 month old, was very convenient location for local buses and lots of amenities nearby. Remi provided a cot and baby enjoyed her stay as much as parents!

Exactly what you'd expect from a good Airbnb! The apartment is functional, very clean, quiet. It is located a stone's throw from the metro, in a neighborhood that is not at all touristy, but quiet and safe, with very convenient local shops. St Charles is less than 10 minutes away, and from there you can easily access all Marseille attractions. The instructions were clear and communication was effective. I'll be back!

A real gem. Excellent welcome, spacious accommodation, quality furniture in superb condition, top bedding, tastefully decorated, a real kitchen, extremely well located and... a breathtaking view. Congratulations to Jean-Daniel and Gwendolin for this beautiful place.

Great! 10 minutes' walk from the Perier and Rond Point du Prado metro (where there are buses to the beaches), 15 minutes' walk from the Velodrome stadium (that's why I chose it because I was going to see a concert), very quiet with a roller shutter that makes it dark. Fast internet and smart TV. Very good air conditioning. Yannick is flexible on check-in/check-out times and responds quickly. the only 3 things that could be improved are - a socket at the top of the bed ladder to turn off the lights at the bottom - leave shower gel and shampoo - put a mattress topper on the bed (I still slept really well)

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Celine’s place is in every regard ! Her private concierge was friendly, patient and flexible . The view of the harbor from the balcony was breathtaking . I wish we could’ve stayed longer and we definitely will be back !

The apartment was big and bright and I don't think the pictures do it justice, much nicer than the photographs. The balcony was out of this world, very large and with the best view down to the sea, the sunsets were beautiful too being so high up. I can only say good things about the apartment and would definitely stay there again and have already told friends what a fabulous place it is to stay in Marseille. Very quick to the harbour by bus outside the building or metro just across the road.

Privileged and very quiet location in the heights of the city, ideal for crisscrossing the different districts of Marseille and 10 min from the Corniche (sea) by bike. Thanks to Yann and Denis for the beautiful addresses. We will be back with pleasure and recommend 100%

Wow what a dream! Penelope’s place is truly something special, we didn’t want to leave. It is beautifully designed, it has a wonderful location overlooking the water, check-in was easy, beds were comfy. I could really go on and on about how lovely this place is! Martine’s home was wonderful! Easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and cafes and her garden was so much more beautiful even than can be seen in the pictures. The small local beach was less than a ten minute walk. We were sad to leave.

Listing is exactly as described. Its main asset lies in the breathtaking view and the peaceful setting that invite you to relax. This is an ideal accommodation for a couple's stay of a few days.

Christelle was a warm and caring host. The studio is well-equipped and the view from the terrace is a real pleasure. The accommodation may be a bit far from the station and tourist spots but nothing insurmountable with organization.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at any time if needed. Regarding the apartment, I'm trying to find something negative but I don't see anything. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you come in, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal size for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be repeated as soon as possible.

Aside from some initial mixup with the instructions (wrong house number given to us) when communicating, everything else was as expected. There's an easy public transport connection with the train station. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The lift works well. We really enjoyed the stay and would consider this apartment again when in Marseilles.

Very lively area at the weekend making parking difficult but ok during the week. Spacious apartment with all the facilities.

Such a great convenient place to stay, lots of places to see and visit within a 30 min walk, a gorgeous costal walk very close by. Was the perfect location and there is a lot of room (basically two bedrooms with the sofa bed). It’s a quiet and beautiful convent, would really recommend and Alexandra is great !

Patricia was an amazing host- responsive, proactive, and pleasant. Her home is an amazingly restful place. We enjoyed people-watching the few locals and neighbors who use this bay to swim and play. The moon light over the Mediterranean was gorgeous! I would recommend this location to all my loved ones.
