We rented the house for a family gathering with a larger group (more than 20 people), which was served by a catering company on the culinary side. We and our guests , who stayed for 1-2 nights, really enjoyed the house. The house is very functional and you can feel like you are in your own home, and its location provides a lot of privacy and breath from the noise of the city. A large plot of greenery, beautiful trees and flowers invites you to enjoy outdoor relaxation, and there is also a place to play ball, or have breakfast outdoors, also using the grill on the terrace. We all said that we would love to stay longer and think about it when we look here again. Contacting hosts is cordial and impeccable. I highly recommend THIS HOME! :-)

The perfect place to relax for a large group. Great communication with hosts. Everything is in accordance with the description. Great cottage, I recommend using the jacuzzi and spending time in the yurt.

Great house: 24-hour hot tub, in the basement you can play pool and go to the sauna, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, large sofas to relax. Next to the house is a large gazebo with an excellent BBQ. All of this is surrounded by forest, next to a large pond and river, it is completely quiet around. The hostess was very welcoming. It was a great weekend.

Everything is ok, efficient communication with the host. I recommend it!

The host helps with everything, great communication, I quickly and easily received a response and help with early check-in, a big plus. The apartment itself is great, no complaints, everything as described, no disappointments. If I had to look for a downside, it would be the TV remote, which could be replaced, but it does not affect the comfort of the apartment, so I do not take it into account. Great location, clean apartment and as described, fast and easy communication with the owner, I can recommend the host with a clear conscience.

Nice apartment and very nice yard

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated, practically fully equipped. A big plus is the place in the underground garage and the view from the balcony.

We were looking for an accessible and comfortable place. The apartment is lovely, the view is great. The location is convenient and downstairs there are a variety of shops and restaurants that would be really convenient (sushi, Italian restaurant, bakery). The apartment is a little far from the center, but it suited us very well and the taxi rides are very cheap and convenient.

Katarzyna was a great host! Her apartment was beautiful, and very clean. Katarzyna was very responsive with messages and accommodating. I would certainly stay here again!!

The apartment is exactly as described, clear instructions and Martyna is responsive :) The location is bit too far from the city center, but you can easily reach everything with public transport or taxi.

Everything was as in the photos and description. The apartment was clean and without reservations, and the host was very kind and flexible when it came to the possibility of making the premises available earlier. Highly recommend :)

A good place to stay if you want to be in a city centre. Lots of places to go out eat and drink. However, close to a main street so during the day and night one can hear cars passing by.

Our stay was extremely pleasant for the short time we were in the city. The proximity to both the airport and center city was more than ideal with tram stops right outside. Nights were rough with city noise and the beds were on the harder side. Communication was super easy and response time was great. Lots of recommendations during check in to make us feel comfortable in new surroundings. There is no elevator in the building and there are 4 sets of stairs spanning 2 floors to reach the apartment. Overall, no regrets on the stay and will definitely return to the city!

The host was very helpful and proactive. It is a private place to get in. Public transportation is close.

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

To all positive guest reviews, I want to add: I stayed here in the autumn period for over a month and found it a comfortable and safe place for a long stay. Clean apartment with good quality appliances that worked well. Perfect Wi-Fi connection. Elzbieta as a great host supported me during the whole period and helped even in the case of my problem at the end of my stay. I do recommend this apartment! We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!
