Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

The two rooms each provide a comfortable double bed along with a fitted wardrobe and designer desk. Adjacent is the common area with a comfortable sofa, dining table and a fully equipped with a glass ceramic stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and dish washer. The spacious bathroom with carefully selected materials complements the experience.

Our place is bright with a lot of sun all day! Nature is at your doorstep: hike the magical Küsnacht Tobel (gorge) with small waterfalls just around the corner!

The holiday maisonette "Alte Trotte" was refurnished 2019 in a listed timber-framed house from 1719. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

Overlooking the river in my historic oasis in medieval Eglisau.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.
