The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. This apartment is on the 1fl(2fl usa+asia) of the house (no elevator).
