We stayed in this beautiful and spacious cottage for the second time. Anything you need is present. The location is perfect. You can enjoy hiking and/or cycling in the area. We walked the 4-day from Exloo and from Valthe easy to reach. Kim is a nice hostess who is attentive and helpful.

Very nice Airbnb, on the edge of the forest, where you have beautiful nature. All amenities are within walking/cycling distance. The cottage was great, all instructions were clearly described by the host!

Wonderful weekend in Dwarsgracht, despite the rain We had a fantastic weekend in the cottage on the Dwarsgracht, despite the weather not always cooperating. The cottage was comfortable and cozy, and the location is beautiful — even with rain it is enjoyable in this area. What really made the stay special was Eva's hospitality. She was incredibly relaxed and open, even with our animal gang. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It's so nice when you come somewhere and find that you are not only tolerated, but really seen and appreciated. Thank you Eva, for your warmth and hospitality! We'd love to come back — hopefully with some more sun next time. 🌦️🐾

Our stay at Eva's was all around beautiful! The place was decorated with love and really cozy. On foot you can get to the city center in 5 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes. We felt very comfortable!

Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical sometimes. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

This place is ideal in every way: the warm welcome by the hostess, the lovely complete house, also very suitable for my 87-year-old mother (ground floor, facilities), conveniently located with a lovely garden. Thanks for all the tips, Miranda. We enjoyed it! See you again!

Check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can directly access the lake via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

The Blue House is really something very special. Mieke and Arnold have decorated it very nicely and it is perfectly equipped! I immediately felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! If I ever come back to Giethoorn, I will definitely want to stay here again 🥰

Dear Hosts, We were warmly welcomed. Everything was sufficiently explained/ shown to us and the herb garden at the house was also at our disposal. We were also immediately helped with the bike search, Auke took care of everything and took us to the bike rental by car. The homemade apple juice (very tasty) and the fresh eggs were a lovely gesture. We felt very comfortable with the two of them!

We enjoyed Yvonne's beautiful, complete and very clean cottage. There are nice things in the immediate vicinity and even a few restaurants within walking distance. We were only there a few days. Attentive that Yvonne came to get acquainted.

We had an excellent stay! We were visiting family and exploring Friesland and this place was the perfect place for us to stay while doing so! Hella is so welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of a pond in the backyard and there were beautiful trails near the Airbnb. The Airbnb was an excellent home away from home while we traveled and if we were visiting in the area again we would definitely want to stay there again!

Cosy stay in Diever. Plenty of room and we were welcomed to use the outdoor space. Niek was very helpful and responsive. Great location within an easy walk to the supermarket and the town centre. Simple and cosy farmhouse style living. Perfect

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organization and communication was just great, so we felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske right away. We felt super comfortable in Hil's apartment. It is located in a quiet, beautiful side street, 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is lovingly decorated, the kitchen super functional, the beds comfortable. The garden is the cherry on top! The communication with Hil went perfectly! She was accessible and straightforward at all times. Thank you!! Looking forward to the next stay :-D

The place was/is very lovingly decorated. The surrounding area as well! It is a very functional place to stay and my personal taste is small and cozy. Yfke was present and accommodating when needed. She just has a knack for creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. All in all, recommended if you want to treat yourself.

Stayed here for the third time. Nice and private and within walking distance of a festival we went to. A nice place to retreat to. The accommodation is very complete and hopefully we will come again next year.

I had a great time, the place was very clean, great location, close to city and train station and local shops/museums etc. It felt very homely.

We had a great long weekend in Emden. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, great details and especially the kitchen is excellently equipped - with everything you could need (coffee, East Frisian tea and other teas, spices, plastic wrap, etc.) and also plenty of dishes and equipment! Jolanda's place was perfect for our 1 month stay. The patio was great for sunny breakfasts. Small town with everything you need. We made some great friends in town. Lively on weekends and quieter during the week. Centrally located to other fun towns. There is about a 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend this Airbnb and town.
