Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Zrmanja

Marijana is a warm and friendly host. The place was very clean, the location just fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

It was a great stay. The hot tub was the highlight. We would come back.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful Mediterranean-style country house and large property, right by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hikes, bike rides or to swim in the sea. Simply great!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

House is at great location with beautiful view of the city and the sea. Beautiful sunsets. It is excellent location to explore southern Croatia. Place is very clean and Katja is welcoming host. I can recommend this place to any guest and I am sure we will come back. Everything was perfect. We liked it very much.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

We really liked the hospitality of the host and the facilities of the accommodation was on point. Check in was very flexible and Mirjana answered to our questions whenever we had them. Private free parking slot was superb. The location was very practical as it was next to the busy road and shops/supermarkets. However, the noise from the traffic was a bit downside of that.

Boro’s apartment is PERFECT. It is even better than the photos. 10 minutes from a crystal clear beach, 1 minute from a shop and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the place. Boro is a gentleman and was very helpful and flexible. Thank you SO much Boro. I hope we will see you again in beautiful Zadar.

The location is great, with great views of the harbor and the old town, from all 3 windows, as well as from the long balcony. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the old town and in grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is right on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it's not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The furnishings are great, the existing SUP is a big plus and also allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

Lovely stay. Villa Coralis offers everything you need for a wonderfull stay with friends. The pool was just great. Each room offers bath and shower. Flat screen was just huge and also a PlayStation was there. What else do you need 😎👌

Smooth process, there were no problems. We had a great time. The host was always easy to reach, responded quickly and was very friendly.

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very nice vacation!

It was really great at Josipa and Mirko's Mirko. The two are very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, very clean and it was really everything and many more extras than you needed. We loved our stay with Andrey & Nive. They are such thoughtful and kind hosts and nothing seems too much trouble. We had a late flight so they kindly prepared us some food on arrival. Additionally they cooked us a tradition meal one night and their daughter also baked a cake - all were delicious. The place was clean and well stocked. It was an ideal location if you want something relaxing but is a short drive to Split. We had such a relaxing, peaceful stay and loved our time there. We could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend Nive and Andrey's place, you will not be left disappointed. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
