It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, an open-plan living-dining room with a sofa bed, and an elevator (for the exclusive use of guests with reduced mobility). Capacity for 4 to 6 people. GUESTS ARE REMINDED THAT FOLLOWING THE UPDATE TO THE SPANISH ROYAL DECREE, VARIOUS PERSONAL DETAILS WILL BE REQUIRED.

The house has 3 plants. Two separate floors for the exclusive use of guests and 1 ground floor (basement) where we usually spend our time. 1.5 km (0.9 miles) from EZCARAY, with a suitable bike path. The area is very quiet, with large gardens for the kids (there is parking space right next to the house). It has an American barbecue. There is a community pool during the summer period (APPROXIMATELY June–September) and recreational courts. It's a lovely town, close to VALDEZCARAY (for SKIING).
