Vacation rentals with a patio in Zona Tortona, Milan

Simonas apartment is very cute and the rooftop terrace has an amazing 360 degrees view of Milano. She is a very good hostess, proactive and always good recommendation for food. She offered us a really good cappuccino and espresso in the morning. She is a very kind person and we will definitely recommend her to friends and family who would like to stay in Milano. Had the loveliest time at Tosca’s place with the added bonus of their gorgeous bookshop cafe being located a short walk down the street. The space was the perfect size for one person but could work for two too. It was beautifully styled, light and bright and had everything I needed for my stay! Thank you Tosca!

Fabulous funky spacious apartment. Close to train and metro stations but very walkable too. Nearby restaurants didn’t require a booking. Costanza communicated well right from when we made the booking, and obliged with an earlier check in. Loved staying here and would definitely again if we ever made it to Milano in the future.

Studio clean overall; some stains in the sink and a little dust in the bathroom but we are picky. Marco and Lidia are caring hosts: cream samples, sanitary protection, Milan guide, etc. available. Both are available. It's lovely :) Accommodation a bit far from everything on foot but booked with full knowledge. In short, we recommend the accommodation!

Everything was as described. Well located between two subway stations. A great gelateria is just around the corner. 😊 We felt very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in great condition and the neighbors were very friendly. I would love to be a guest at Nicola's again when I'm back in Milan.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Everything was very good. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed having a second bathroom. The accommodation is close to the train station, ideal for easily visiting the surroundings. Thank you Giada!

Perfect apartment for a stay in Milan, the location was excellent being across the road from the metro and main train station. The apartment was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions and had everything you would need for a few days in the city and as a bonus the bed was SUPER comfy

The place was nice and our family enjoyed it. The only issue my wife and I had was the sheets on the bed kept coming off otherwise perfect.
