Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Zona Farini, Milan

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Hotspots, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es durch den ruhigen Innenhof angenehm still – fast so, als wäre man der Innenstadt entflohen. Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt, und der Kontakt mit dem Ginevra verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone presso la struttura per una sola notte, una coppia nella camera al piano terra, una coppia al piano superiore soppalcato ed una quinta persona nel divano letto al piano terra zona ingresso. L’appartamento si presenta pulito, arredato con cura, letti comodi, bagni puliti e ben insonorizzato. L’host si è dimostrato sempre reattivo per ogni richiesta in fase di prenotazione, fornendo inoltre informazioni utili per parcheggiare la nostra auto in zona. Le informazioni per il check-in sono state fornite in modo dettagliato. Unico appunto riguarda l’impossibilità di oscurare i lucernari a tetto, infatti chi dorme nel soggiorno e nel soppalco non ha la possibilità di oscurare o schermare la luce che entra dai lucernari, potrebbe essere uno svantaggio per chi, come nel nostro caso, preferisce dormire con il buio. Si tratta in ogni caso di una preferenza personale. Nel complesso consiglierei la struttura.

Amazing place for big group of people! Huge kitchen and terrace, jacuzzi is a life saver during hot days. The location is close to tram, so you can get around the city centre pretty easily. There is amazing local pizza takeout place really close to apartment, which I highly recommend. The host is very friendly and kindly let us check out a few hours later, because we had a late flight home. Thank you for amazing stay, we’ll certainly stay here again the next time we visit Milan! ❤️

Me gustó mucho el departamento, muy bien ubicado, a pasos del metro en una zona muy bonita. El departamento da al interior del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Muy limpio y práctico, todo funciona perfecto. Doris es una excelente anfitriona, contesta muy rápido con información útil y siempre está preocupada de que la estadía sea perfecta. Al llegar me gustó mucho que habían dejado agua, café, kit de baño, etc. Si vuelvo a Milán sin duda me gustaría quedarme nuevamente en el mismo departamento.

We had an amazing stay in Milan! The communication with the host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth and easy. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. ☕️🍷 I also personally loved how many mirrors there are throughout the space, such a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again. ☺️

Elias was a wonderful host, he was always there when we needed help. Easy to talk to and a suoer nice guy he is! His place is super clean,equipped with AC, lift and all the essential and it is very close to city centre, with supermarket and metro station near by. recommended!

We hebben fijne dagen gehad. De studio is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnen 10 minuten ben je bij een metro station, zo hebben wij Milaan kunnen ontdekken! Mirella is een fijne host en er lagen veel tips in de studio voor leuke restaurantjes.

Good location in a peaceful area, would definitely stay here again on my return to Milano!! Grazie mille guys

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

We had a fabulous stay in Giovanni's condo. He met us on our 1st day to give us the keys and explain where everything was. Before and during our stay, Giovanni was very quick to respond to questions and to offer recommendations. We were happy with the condo, very quiet at night and the a/c kept us cool during the 90 deg F days. Having a parking space for our rental car was a nice plus. The location was something we really enjoyed, it is very close to Milano Centrale train station, the metro station is at the end of the block. An easy walk to see the greenery around the Bosco Verticale and Piazza Gae Aulenti. If needed, there is a pharmacy right across the street from the metro station. We would stay here again without any hesitation and would recommend it to our friends interested in visiting Milan or using it as a base for day trips to see other nearby cities. Giovanni is a great Airbnb host! Very friendly and you can tell he wants you to have a nice experience in Milan.

Federica’s apartment was as pictured in the photos. It is bright, clean and decorated well. I loved the special touches like the live plant and the pictures on the walls. It shows that Federica takes pride in this apartment. The apartment is located within a few minutes’ walk of the central train station and the metro station. There are several restaurants and bars just steps away. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see a guest book. I wish she had provided some ideas of where to find great food in the area since there were so many places to choose from. My one disappointment was that the air conditioning was not able to keep the place cool enough. When I visited it was very hot in Milan. I turned the air conditioner to the coolest setting and let it run all day and night, but the bedroom was always too warm.

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

We had a fantastic stay at Dragan’s apartment in Milan! The location is extremely convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and metro stations, making it super easy to explore the entire city. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, spotless and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our time in Milan was short, we truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Le logement est très bien situé, on peut facilement accéder aux principaux sites de Milan à pied ou en transports, tout en étant au calme. La communication avec les propriétaires est facile, plein de recommandations sont données et nous avons même pu bénéficier du logement en avance pour poser les valises et nous rafraîchir après le voyage. La terrasse est très agréable, surtout en cette saison avec le doux parfum du jasmin étoilé qui embaume. à recommander !

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

We loved staying at Paola’s while in Milan! It was close to public transportation which was important to us. There were several great spots around the apartment as well. Paola’s outdoor space is wonderful and we loved having a glass of wine there at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
