House vacation rentals in Zion Canyon

This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

If you want to watch golfers that is the place to do it. Great communication. Great places for walks. Beautiful!

A little difficult to find but after you find it everything is perfect! Loved the large private pool! Can’t say one bad thing about Shelby’s house! Would stay again in a heartbeat!! Has a binder of recommendations that was very helpful!

The Tin & Timber is an amazing property. The units are brand new, beds are comfy and the house was very well stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The grocery store is a few minutes walk away as was many restaurants in town. We used the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and pavilion. This was a great home base for visiting Bryce Canyons, Pink Sand Dunes and the Sand Caves. I highly recommended staying here if you stay in Kanab.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for a Large Family! We had a fantastic weekend stay at this Airbnb with our large family. The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, and had so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy. There was plenty to do – from games and outdoor activities to cozy spots for quiet time – which made it easy to keep everyone entertained the entire weekend. Our host was absolutely wonderful – very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even smoother. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun, stress-free getaway. We’re already talking about coming back!

10/10 stay: hosts were so welcoming and home was gorgeous. Lounge space galore, stunning views of both the landscape and the stars. Host included instructions for not only the home, but also food/grocery recommendations, as well as trip ideas that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Will definitely be back next year!

Angie’s place was great! It was conveniently located if you want to hit multiple parks. We did Zion and Bryce Canyon which were 30 min - 1.5 hours to our desired hikes. There are a ton of other hikes nearby as well. The house was super cute and comfy! The beds were comfortable and they had nice linens. Kitchen had lots of stuff for cooking. The backyard/fire pit was the perfect way to unwind at the end of a long day. Would definitely recommend!

The house was a little smaller than expected but otherwise it worked out great. Location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The kids loved the backyard!

Overall the place was beautiful and a very comfortable stay. The host was kind, understanding, and very responsive. It just didn't feel like the cleaning crew fully did their job, and some things are clearly heavily used. Overall a fantastic stay! I would stay there many many times!

Ashley’s Airbnb was wonderful!!!! I can’t thank her enough. It was spotless inside and outside was so peaceful and beautiful. This was my first time in southern Utah and it won’t be the last. The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

We've been lots of places and this is one of my favorites!!!! Kanab is incredible!!! Stay here if you want to have the best visit ever.

The house has the perfect layout for three couples, with three bedrooms and king or queen beds. Beautifully decorated and lots of games and patio area to relax. The drive to Zion Park was not too far and all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very clean and modern. The location is close to Zion and about 2 hours from Bryce Canyon. The drive from the Vegas airport was very easy. Grocery store is located about a 5 minute drive. The place has incredible views and is on a very quiet street. Fireplace is amazing! Our stay here set high standards, which will be hard to beat! Very happy, helped make a fantastic vacation!

A perfect little spot for visiting Zion! Michelle was super responsive and friendly, offering to extend checkout due to some scheduling stuff on my end. The place is great -- two comfy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, functional kitchen with a coffee maker and basic equipment, comfy living spaces, a lovely side yard, and fast internet for remote work.

Christine is a nice and friendly host. Her place is cozy and fancy. The location is easy to find, just in the center of the Hurricane. It's convenient to visit Zion( like 40 minutes drive) and other places. I would recommend this place and host for other visitors.

Michael and Wendy have a Dream Home! They are wonderful hosts of this amazing home just east outside of Zion National Park and 60 minutes south of Bryce Canyon National Park. There are not enough stars available in this review to describe how this home exceeded our expectations, unless we were to grab some stars from the incredible night sky outside their huge back deck! If you are looking for an upscale customized house just outside of Zion and Bryce, and are looking for quiet and privacy with incredible views, this place is for you!
