Villa vacation rentals in Zimbabwe

Great place, modern and fresh with many rooms and en-suites. It’s ideal if you’re hosting friends or family. The property has 2 little dogs that are friendly however it would have been great to know before hand. There was no Wi-Fi ! Francis managed a work-around using hotspot on a mobile phone. We also had an issue with power, backup solar system went offline so we had no electricity for a whole day from morning to around 6pm which was stressful but we made the best of a bad situation and went exploring the area. The host, Francis, lives on the property but managed to be as inconspicuous as possible. He resolved most issues fairly quickly and we were happy to stay for the remainder of our trip without incident. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay with Francis again in the future.

Had a thoroughly good time!! So tranquil, peaceful surroundings although I have to apologise for getting overexcited and played loud music on Sunday night🫣😄 This is a perfect gate away for anyone seeking a city break!!!

Our hosts were very attentive to tending to our every need. This residence is a hidden gem in a clean beautiful neighborhood. The grounds are an oasis of beauty with basketball, tennis nice landscape for pics or just sitting in the shade or sun. There is food and sites local to the residence , just ask and your host will point you in the right direction . Would surely stay again.

Second time staying at Patricia's home in the Honde Valley - What a treat. This place is BEAUTIFUL and I cannot recommend enough. Both Marion and Rutendo went out of their way to make us feel right at home. Addition of WiFi is a huge plus - Thank you :-) We'll be back !

We had such an amazing stay definitely one of the reasons why we will be coming back to Zimbabwe among other things. There’s more to the place than you see in the pictures and we were wowed by how clean and beautiful the space was. You could stay indoors your entire time only to realize you’re missing outside experience if it’s your first time in Harare. I hig I highly recommend

Every employee at the property was just wonderful l. We had a great chef, polite care taker and even the guy inncharge of outdoor maintenance just woke up and cleaned our car without even being requested to do so. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance much appreciated 👏.

This is an outstanding property in Kariba that can't be matched by anything in this area. Filda's property in is simply a haven in Zimbabwe. I would encourage anyone to try it out. It is located in a beautiful part of Kariba with a majestic view of the lake. The house has working air conditioning units throughout the property (a must for Kariba). Sunrise and sunset at Filda's place are Utopian! The villa has a magnificent pool coupled with an eloquently appointed interior. The house is clean and immaculate throughout with a full range satellite TV service. The blue lake and hot temperature has a Dubai/Miami feel about it, albeit with a touch of nature! Zebras, monkeys, "notorious" baboons and elephants all co-exist with humans in this nature's melting pot that is Kariba. Filda's place is in the thick of it all and offers a serene existence that every human must, at some point in their life, enjoy! The star of the show for me is the resident helper Livious! Filda must consider herself lucky to have this gentleman working for her! What a gentleman! We agreed (for a nominal fee really) to have him as our resident chef. The meals this man prepared were outstandingly delicious. There's nothing he could not do. He kept the space clean, barbecued for us, prepared our breakfast and dinner. He was never intrusive and was always attentive to our children. I strongly recommend everyone to stay at this villa. The pictures don't do it justice honestly. Just stick up on supplies from a Pick'n Pay supermarket about 11km away and you'll be fine. You can also go for cocktails at Carribea Bay Hotel. We went for a safari and house boat ride and always looked forward to coming back to our splendid villa. All in all it was an unforgettable experience thanks to Filda's villa!

Our family stayed here at short notice and it was perfect for a group of 5. Plenty of room and the maid Norma was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend

Our stay at Nyasha’s place was absolutely wonderful! The home is in pristine condition , super clean, neat and comfortable with all the amenities in great condition. It is located in a beautiful, secure upmarket estate in Victoria falls. The hosts Nyasha and Kudzi communicated with us so well throughout our stay. We were received by the housekeeper Mike who was proactive, friendly and always on standby to attend to our needs . Check in and checkout was smooth. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure my family and I were comfortable at all times. The swimming pool is immaculate and fresh, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely call again and would recommend this place to others visiting the Victoria Falls.

our stay was fantastic! the house is so beautiful and spacious (we are a family of five, all adults) and everyone had their privacy. the rooms with the ensuite bathroom are so beautiful. the living room is perfect to stay altogether and the patio outside is even better. we didnt use the little pool but it looks very nice. Shout out to Tinei and his availability. he takes care of the house and he is always down to help you with anything. Only two notes to mention (just as a advice nothing negative!) would be good to put clear instruction on how to get to the house since google maps really cant find the address and secondly, would be good to mention that there are two doogs running around the house because our family really dont like dogs so it can be challenging dealing with them even if are super friendly dogs! thank you very much I will definetely recommend the place to everyone looking for peace and quite after cool excursion in the area

Amazing stay! Home away from home.The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Plus, the perfect location made exploring different corners of Harare a breeze. Highly recommend!

Met all expectations

Stylish place, clean and meets expectations.

There are a few things to note that are not clear on Peddies listing; 1. Security is excellent and allows for a peaceful and worry free nights sleep. 2. Solar panels with an inverter and battery supply plenty of electricity for lights. 3. There is continuous water and it's drinkable. 4. There is adequate hot water for showers. 5. It's on a quiet road and traffic can't be heard from inside the house. 6. Mai Charity is lovely and very helpful, even within minutes when we needed help one night with locking up. Overall an excellent stay and we would certainly recommend it and stay here again.
