Victor is a great host. The area is clean and well maintained. You can see that everything is done with the soul. A great place to get away from life in the city and reboot a bit. My friends and I really liked it, so we will definitely be back again)

A fabulous house that fully corresponds to the one shown in the photo. The main feature of the house is definitely the furnace. A great opportunity to have a new experience for those who have never dealt with her before, it's not difficult 😀 but how nice it is to lie on it! My kids loved it. Bath can also be used. There is a landscape park nearby, but now it is closed for the winter period. Quiet, starry night skies, cracking wood in the oven - everything you need to get away from the noisy city. I especially want to thank the hosts for their friendliness and care.

I really liked the location: incredible nature, especially now (in spring). Bird singing, forest and lake, very quiet and atmospheric. There's a lot to be quiet about and reboot in places like this. The house is great, you can bring animals (we have two cats). A large area where to walk and them and us. It's great that each house has its own area in the yard (swing, grill, access to the water). It's very convenient that you can buy firewood on the spot and not drag it with you. Recommended for a soulful holiday:)

Apart from the beautiful location, the host Viktor made our stay worthwhile. Always there to help with anything you need. Our cars battery was drained. Viktor and Pasha were there in 5 mins to help us out. Highly recommended

If there's one word to describe our stay at Viktor's cottage, it would be "perfect." Everything surpassed our expectations. A paradise, just a short drive from Kyiv. Let's start with the cottage. Viktor clearly spared no expense in creating this cozy space. From the gorgeous wooden furniture to the heavenly wood-fired sauna, everything is spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and looks even more charming in real life than in the photos. The cottage sits on a private lake, and is surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful forest with many great walking trails to enjoy nature. We spent our days listening to the birds and frogs, swimming, basking in the sauna, and enjoying the feeling of total peace and privacy. It's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, or a relaxing rest for a small family. Viktor and his family were incredibly friendly and responsive, and made our stay not only comfortable, but luxurious. We can't wait to come back to this incredible place.

It was a real reboot. This is the place where the noise of the world disappears and only silence, nature and peace. The perfect place for those seeking recovery, harmony, and a bit of solitude after busy days. The hosts are very responsive and attentive. The place you want to go back to.

Stayed in this place for a week and had everything needed in walking proximity, central area and cozy place.

Great place to relax! Cozy apartment, it is convenient that you can check in independently at a comfortable time. Near the residential complex there are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need for your visit.

Very comfortable apartment with all necessary appliances. The location is great. Close to supermarkets, coffee shops, coffee shops, shops, pharmacies, new post office. Everything you need is nearby. Contactless check-in. Of the disadvantages : there are no mask nets and the intercom did not work. From buns : hygienic kits (sets of toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoos,etc.). Nikolay is a great host. He was very helpful. The apartment is what you expect and have seen on the photos. The place is clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient as it is the centre of Zhytomyr. Whenever I visit Zhytomyr I don’t need to think where to stay. I will be happy to book this apartment again. Elina
