Vacation rentals with a patio in Zeytinburnu

We had a great time at this modern apartment. The place looks much nicer than the photos, very clean and spacious. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our one week stay. The host was helpful and responsive. There were lots of beds and space. The place was about 5-10 mins walk to Metro/Trolley station. It was convenient to find everything we needed in the stores close to the apartment. We didn’t succeed to connect to the wifi, but the host later mentioned that maybe it needed a reset. Not complaining, but would be great to have a newer set of cooking pan. Also would be great to have some basic material such as cooking oil, trash bags, toilet papers, etc. overall, very happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable and it was great to have a large balcony. Water, coffee and snacks were provided. Location is fab - in a cool area with lots to explore, but was quiet through the night. Hosts were very kind and responded to messages quickly. They were also really accommodating with our check-in and check-out.

Apartment for 5 people well located in Istanbul. Close to the tram that goes to the historic center and to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Also close to the nice neighborhood of Balat. Host who is responsive to questions and feedback. Good general equipment but there could be more cooking utensils ( cutlery, plates, pots, pans) . Bedrooms have curtains but little blackout .

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a cozy plaid blanket. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Ayse was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone this nice! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. One small note: since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend—thank you again, Ayse!

The apartment is suitable for only two people. It is a perfect studio next to you. Everything without exception day and night entering the apartment with a secret number and entering the apartment also with a secret number. There is a new Internet TV modern furniture towels. Every ideal housing I did not feel myself outside the house of calmness at night and morning in the beautiful building. Friendly and service owner who comes to the residence any time I wish him luck. I highly recommend this property and I recommend housing it. I certainly will live there again without discussion. ☺️☺️☺️

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

I especially liked the location. It is about 2 blocks to a bus stop and 3 blocks from a Tram that takes you quickly to the Old City historical sites. Using these transportation routes eliminates walking up and down the big hills that some other İstanbul locations can’t offer. The place is roomy, and the bed was comfortable.

The accommodation was very private and clean. It exceeds our expectation as two families getting together in Istanbul. It was a good deal as it feels like home where can prepare our own meals before our tours around the metro. Also, the house is walking distance to tram station so it is very easy to go to Eminonu where you can then go to Galata Tower and Grand Bazaar. Thanks Chris for always being there for all our queries.

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

The place was very nice and comfortable. The check-in went smoothly. The only thing would be to have clearer instructions about WiFi (maybe something physical at the place rather than via the link as I had no internet and the way of accessing the link when we arrived, but once we did get instructions it was clear). Otherwise, everything was amazing. We had a little issue here and there which were instantly taken care of, it was very impressive!!! Very well done 👍🏻 We also met one of the place managers during our stay who was kind enough to offer us umbrellas on a rainy day, so sweet! The place was well connected, we were mostly taking the T5 tram line which was like a 5 minute walk away. There are quite a few shops and mosques in a walking distance from the place. Recommend!

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

Mr. Tevfik was extremely caring. He thought of all the needs at home and even more. The view and location of the house is great. The house was clean, definitely recommended. I couldn't find anything to break the score, frankly.😁

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
