Het heeft een rustige ligging; toch zijn winkels, bakker, slager...allemaal op wandelafstand. Tramhalte in de buurt. Ons appartement is geschikt voor koppels en gezinnen (met kinderen). Parkeren is meestal mogelijk vlak voor de deur.
