The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there is a view of the garden, Å and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there may be some. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. In addition to a large double bed for 2 people, the house has a 140 cm box mattress on the loft. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
