Monthly Rentals in Zayy Sub-District

This is a beautiful property, situated on a gentle hillside with a view of the surrounding area. The property is full of fruit trees and flowers and is well maintained. We stayed here in January, so it was too cold to use the pool, but we still really enjoyed the spacious outside patio areas. Our four children had a delightful time riding bikes and roller blading, and the grill area worked very well. The inside of the house is spacious as well and was relatively clean. Everything there was mostly as advertised. Be aware that there were no towels, soap, tissues, or toilet paper, so you will need to bring those things yourself. Also there weren't a lot of kitchen utensils, and what we found mostly needed to be washed before we used them. The owner was very responsive, and there is a caretaker at the property who was also very helpful. We had an enjoyable stay.

This place is fantastic. The house is much larger and more beautiful than the photos suggest. It has a calm, peaceful vibe, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, with stunning views and complete tranquility. The pool was a highlight—refreshing and perfect for unwinding. Nabil, Malik’s brother, was an excellent host—friendly, always available, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet spot in nature to relax, this place is ideal. Highly recommended!
