Through the windows you can see a park, lots of greenery. The apartment has two balconies. Nearby, just 100 m away, there is a Maxima supermarket, children's playgrounds, a bus stop, electric car charging stations.

Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

South-west facing windows allow you to sleep till midday and enjoy warm sunlight in the afternoon. Far from city lights and bustle, nights are quiet and peaceful. There is a safely kept dog on the property grounds.
