In addition to the great comfort and privacy the house offers, guests have at their disposal: - Jacuzzi on the terrace that is heated all year round up to 40 degrees - fireplace - home theater - Netfix - Nespresso coffee machine - electric grill - spacious courtyard - private parking For the youngest, we have prepared a crib and a baby feeder, as well as a sled for children during the winter season

Zaovine 27 is a holiday house of 91 m2, completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 2 families. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Two MTB are free for guests to use.

Our eco house is spread over three levels and a total of 300 m², and can comfortably host up to 8-10 people, with an extra bed for small children. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sauna Billiards Home cinema Darts Arcade game PS5 console Bang & Olufsen Fully equipped kitchen with high-end Miele appliances, a dining room, a living room and a large terrace that leads directly to the pool. Our guests sleep on very comfortable Italian mattresses, and the furniture is extremely soft and comfortable.

Wooden House ŠUŠKA 1 is a perfect place to relax and forget about your worries. It is totally new and made of natural materials: wood and stone, that gives it a special charm. On the first floor it has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with breathtaking view on the mountains. Upstairs 4 small bedrooms are situated. It has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. It is a mixture of comfort and tradition.

Enjoy the sounds of nature while staying at this unique place. Located at the foot of Chargan Mountain, in the officially best tourist village in the world, this authentic apartment offers guests a vacation in natural surroundings with the possibility of synergy with the Resimić household where guests can also interact with farm animals if they want. Hosts can also arrange quads, hiking tours, excursions, and the like.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful studio overlooking Lake Zaovine. The space accommodates up to four guests and includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette for light meal prep. A shared outdoor kitchen and BBQ area are also available for larger meals. Please note: we do not provide meals. The nearest supermarket is in Mitrovac, about 11 km away and the nearest restaurant about 3km away.

We are located in the village of Zaovine, settlement Bjeluša. We rent a studio apartment of 21 m2 on the ground floor of the holiday home. Ideal for 2 people, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our two houses, Gorje and Vrleti, 40 meters apart, are modern, cosy places with huge garden area, located in heart of Tara National park, giving you complete privacy and starting poing for Tara's untainted nature exploration, and still beeing close to restaurants and shops.

Make your vacation unforgettable in our floating house, on one of the most beautiful lakes in Serbia. Our house has two sup boards that are not charged. Possibility of sightseeing of the Drina River Canyon, the third deepest canyon in the world by speedboat at an additional cost.
