We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

The place was peaceful and suited for family staycation. The caretakers were accommodating and helpful.

We were in Greenland for the second time. The first time was in 2017 so we did know the place already a bit. Its a very nice and beautifull place. You find here al the rest you need for a good vacation. The view at Apo Island is so nice. We were lucky to have a car available from a friend of my wife's sister. Very easy if you want to visit some nice places like the Casaroro falls (very beautifull but very difficult to reach) and Dumaguete. Ofcourse we did visit Apo Island and the market of Zamboanguita on wednesday (easy to go there by foot). Also a visit to the ISland Siquijor is a must..... The owner Jack and his wife are very kind and helpfull if you have questions. Also the caretaker Toto is very kind and helpfull. We had a great vacation, we hope to come back in the future.

We definitely had a very good experience staying at their place. No hassle on the check in, host is responsive, and the house itself was clean and had enough amenities for all of us!

Gav's Abode is a hidden gem that is bang for the buck ! . We were a group of friends from Manila and need a stay in Dumaguete, check in are super flexible that Sir Donn allowed us to leave our luggages at around 9:00 am. The place was very spacious and didn’t even need to use the attic room because the ground floor bedrooms were huge and super comfy. It’s the perfect spot for groups looking to hang out, relax, and enjoy a stylish space together. Highly, highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this fully furnished home. The location was ideal—peaceful and safe. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and even get some remote work done during our trip. The host was outstanding—super friendly, welcoming, and an excellent communicator. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Aileen's a great host and her staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Townhouse of Tula's will be one of our top choices for staying in the Dumaguete area. The townhouse is well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautiful. Thank you so much. My wife and I were both able to work-from-home, cook-at-home, and relax with Netflix for the week we were there. I liked being in the Sibulan area, less traffic and noise versus downtown Dumaguete, but still close to restaurants and grocery shopping at City Mall's Save More. Great location and REALLY great home away from home.

We loved the place, that's why we extended for one more night and booked the other unit in the property. We liked how peaceful it is and we could swim in the lap pool for as often as we want. The property has some beautiful views - ocean view, mountain view, etc. And at night, you can see lots of stars in the sky! We bought grocery before we went there, so everything was convenient when we arrived. The unit was complete with kitchen utensils. Douglas even gave us complimentary wine and the wine was delicious and sweet! We would definitely go back and bring our friends. Douglas as a host was really friendly. His staff were also very kind.

location was fantastic, right by all the dive shops (Bongo Bongo specifically) and around the corner from two great restaurants (Jardin and Sabbies food hub). The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning worked well however the shower didn't have hot water. this was not an issue as it was so hot anyway but just a note. the pool was a welcome relief too. overall if you are in Dauin to dive as there is nothing else to do and the beach is disgusting, is recommend this accommodation.

Pleasant surprise when you arrive, new house, clean with everything you need to cook. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent wifi. All the equipment is new. Basketball court and excellent pool that we have used regularly! We finally stayed longer than we expected so much we feel good here. Responsive host always ready to help. House big enough for a family like us, but will also be fine for a couple. Enjoy!

We’ve got lost at first because one of the access roads going to the subdivision is under construction. Other than that, our stay or vacation was excellent!

Good Place

Phil and Maria are great hosts. Any requests were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to town (daily) to the market and restaurants? The property and grounds are well kept with a lovely garden, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We stayed in Apartment no 1...which was painted white and bright. They couldn't have done anymore to make our 3 month stay more enjoyable.

Connie and Sue were excellent hosts. the apt was clean as a pin. grounds were immaculate.

Forest Camp is a truly beautiful location in the forest right beside a beautiful mountain stream and only 5 minutes by scooter (or tricycle) from Valencia or 20 minutes from Dumaguete. The staff are excellent and the rooms are built perfectly to compliment the beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a hammock hut the first night which was lovely to get fully in tune with nature but upgraded to one of the other rooms (Rambutan) after, just so we could have a private bathroom. I can't fault this place and would recommend it to anybody who enjoys being surrounded by nature.

After getting off the bus you are a five minute walk to arrive in a peaceful place with the room, feet in the water. welcome De kelly, very warm and all the necessities you may need. For my reservation I made a date error, I warned Mika the day before who kindly reassured me, and changed the dates for free. It's very nice. You can take a tuk tuk , to get to the pier and visit the very beautiful APO Island come after this beautiful day to get back to the same place. You can leave your big backpacks. I had such a wonderful stay! The place felt so homey and peaceful—perfect for unwinding. I especially loved the plantita vibe; all the greenery not only added charm but also helped keep the place cool despite the heat outside. It’s definitely great value for money. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
