Sir Michael is by far the best airbnb host I've met thus far, he's actively on premises and will not hesitate to make sure that all your needs during your stay is satisfied. His staff are always smiling and are ready everytime to assist. The listing is exactly as the pictures, excellent ambience and all areas are well maintained. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. I stayed with my family for a few days and everyday was as comfortable as the previous. The best thing about this place is the fact that the moment you step out your room there's samgyupsal at your convenience. Very affordable too! They also have a bar and pool area that give out modern resort vibes. This was exactly what I was looking for and is an absolute gem in a small town setting where everyone is so friendly. I will definitely book here again when we get the chance to return. Very highly recommended!

I always enjoy my time staying here. It’s a wonderful neighborhood with little local shops and laundry service near by. The apartment is spacious and the internet works great. Thanks again!

we enjoyed are stay here and recommend it. i wish there had been garbage cans in bedrooms and a shelf in bathroom for soap sahampoo and other things. the place was clean , air conditioner worked good,table was large and place and caretaker were good. will definitely come back

I love it. Place is located at what seems to be the topmost city center, the Rotunda. When you start going down to city property, from the house, you have to turn around through the Rotunda thus you can start to see the city proper. It was night time when we arrived but they still accommodated our stay and waited for us patiently. Parking is so spacious just infront of the house and owner said it was really just very safe and secure. It had the basic stuff I need. Wifi connection is at 20mbps fast enough for my work, and then, it had common bathroom though you have to share it with a room so sorry had to disturb sometimes ask them to open the lock as the other room seems to forget it too. And, they have a common pantry area where you can work or eat as well. They have hot and cold water, mugs and spoons to drink hot stuff and a refrigerator. They said you can use it and we did store some of our food there (the take outs from the restaurants). Room is very basic. Just bed and foam.

Amelita is a very nice person. She asks if its okay she helps us and stay with us a little bit but also respects when you wanna stay privalte.She helped us really to feel at hone. The house is veryclean and the cooling device worked well. Next to her is a small mini shop with water, drinks, food and the owner is also very nice. Its very peaceful in her house and in the night you sleep very well because no noise from the city. Onlysmall distance you are at a big local market with lots of restaurants, barbeque, fruit and vegetable selling family-shops. So Amelita is a great host and woman with lot of life experiebce. Easy to find the place, strong water supply, good service.

PROS: - Near the bus station (walking distance). If you're going via bus and only have one baggage, it's better to just walk than pay for tricycle - Close to the rotunda where food are sold (very limited choices though) - Has both aircon and fan inside the room - The room and common areas are very clean - Good water pressure and no water disruption - Has free hot and cold drinking water - Very accommodating staff and owner - The place is quiet CONS: - The toilet and bath is shared among other guests. It was kept clean though so it was okay - No desk inside the room. There's a huge table in the common area where you can work. But if you want to work inside your room with the aircon on, you need to work on the bed or the floor Wish List: - Offer meals even simple -silog meals - Motorcycle for rent - since there's limited food options nearby and tricy fare costs too much

place is worth it
