Welcome to Fleur de Lys: Roses Cottage, a family-friendly cottage nestled among the roses in the Secret Garden on the peaceful Ukutemwa property. Not far from Lusaka’s schools, shopping centres, and business hubs, it offers access to a pool, lounge area, and beautiful garden views. The cottage is serviced daily, with laundry done each night. Farm cottage Hideaway

We are Peter and Karen with a one bedroom cottage on a working farm sharing a garden with our house It has its own separate entrance and verandah. Lounge/kitchen/dining room and a separate bedroom (Double bed) and shower room. We have 2 friendly dogs and 3 cats that share the garden. Own transport is required a 4x4 ideally between November to March. We are near to the Lusaka Polo Cross club and opposite the entrance to Multi Facility Economic Zone (MFEZ) and the new Lusaka National Park.

The Honey House

The apartment is classically decorated, will provide you with a cozy seating and dining area. The kitchen has a Microwave, electric Kettle, a refrigerator and all kitchen ware. The bathroom comes with a bathtub with a shower.

A small kitchen line is provided in the living room, where a microwave will serve your needs, or use your private barbecue area on the private terrasse. Our shared area is an open plan kitchen where our chef caters all your meals, dining and lounge, this area is shared with guests from chalets and tented chalets under our massive Natal mahogany tree, swimming pool with most awesome kids play area.

We are renting this private villa inside the lodge. The house as 2 beds rooms and a private kitchen/dinning area. Our guest house is just 500 meters from Livingstone city center and 10 minutes from the famous VICTORIA FAL. We have a nice garden, wifi and a swimming-pool free for guest. Breakfast is not included. It can be prepared upon request with extra cost.
