Villa vacation rentals in Zambezi River

We had a wonderful stay at Niyati Villa. The house is incredibly light and airy with wonderful views of the Kafue. The deck was very relaxing and we spent all day lounging, enjoying the views and swimming. We used Aneesh's boat during our stay which was very comfortable and the driver ensured we were always in safe distance of the many hippos on the Zambezi. Aneesh was very responsive and helpful and his staff were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The place is home far from home. Gogo made our stay. It was not just a stay, we ended up gaining lot of knowledge from Gogo. We became family and we will be back again. I recommend the place. If you are looking for a place to call home KwaGogo is the place to be.

A great host, friendly and responsive. The apartment and surroundings were clean at all times and the place is secure with 24 hrs security. The quality of service matched what was indicated on Hopkas Inn's listing page. In addition, the host provides an airport bus shuttle service which eased transport and connection to and from the airport for us. The staff were always friendly and supportive. We were satisfied with the quality of service and enjoyed our 21 days holiday stay at Hopkas Inn and Serviced Apartments in Lusaka.

Second time staying at Patricia's home in the Honde Valley - What a treat. This place is BEAUTIFUL and I cannot recommend enough. Both Marion and Rutendo went out of their way to make us feel right at home. Addition of WiFi is a huge plus - Thank you :-) We'll be back !

We enjoyed the stay and the house was very nice! Very spacious with plenty of room for 7 of us. There was hot water and some supplies in the kitchen to help with making food and drinks. The house helpers also were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay definitely one of the reasons why we will be coming back to Zimbabwe among other things. There’s more to the place than you see in the pictures and we were wowed by how clean and beautiful the space was. You could stay indoors your entire time only to realize you’re missing outside experience if it’s your first time in Harare. I hig I highly recommend

Gorgeous place, with a 5* caretaking team. The high ceilings make the place feel vast, and it's pristinely clean. All the bedrooms are large, even the 'smaller' ones. The open plan central area and kitchen, has not one, but two mezzanine TV lounges above it. Even with a full house, there are enough areas to split around, so it won't feel crowded. The garden is jumbo sized, plenty long enough for sprint training (and "50+" cartwheels). We spent several evenings of our week just chilling on the terrace cooking up braais. The location is quiet, with a direct route to the CBD. There is a mall with nice shops and restaurants a 20 minute walk away. But the real stars of the show were Innocent the groundskeeper, and his wife Emma. They were always available, and went out of their way to help whenever needed. Moreso, they just radiated warmth and good cheer all the time (Innocent has an infectious laugh). If the opportunity arose, I would happily do another longer stay because of them!

Every employee at the property was just wonderful l. We had a great chef, polite care taker and even the guy inncharge of outdoor maintenance just woke up and cleaned our car without even being requested to do so. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance much appreciated 👏.

We wanted some where secure, clean and in a peaceful area and this exactly what we got. Given the power situation in Zambia this year. The inverter did the job automatically with a need for us to do anything and there was also a gas cooker readily available for cooking purposes. I was especially pleased that the fridge/freezer and other kitchen appliances worked with the inverter as other places do not provide this . The Property Manager Mary was super responsive there was a slight problem shower head and offered to send a plumber through at our Convenience Same to other issues, Very friendly, helpful and flexible it was a good choice and if chosen would be one you would not regret. We had amazing experience and it was worth it beautiful house Thank you Emma

The house is secluded and has a beautiful view of lake Malawi. The house itself is exceptional and the rooms and space are very comfortable. The staff at the villa were always helpful and willing to assist with anything we needed. The value for money with the villa is incredible and we would 10/10 stay here again!

Amazing stay! Home away from home.The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Plus, the perfect location made exploring different corners of Harare a breeze. Highly recommend!

Stylish place, clean and meets expectations.

Aruna was a very responsive, proactive and kind host. Even though the group arrived late in Lubumbashi and checkin was late but he made sure everyone was confortable. I would recommend the place for anyone who wants a quiet and peaceful place .

Beautiful home with good staff and Ian was always available for us and the communication both ways was very effective. Hope to stay here in the future.

There are a few things to note that are not clear on Peddies listing; 1. Security is excellent and allows for a peaceful and worry free nights sleep. 2. Solar panels with an inverter and battery supply plenty of electricity for lights. 3. There is continuous water and it's drinkable. 4. There is adequate hot water for showers. 5. It's on a quiet road and traffic can't be heard from inside the house. 6. Mai Charity is lovely and very helpful, even within minutes when we needed help one night with locking up. Overall an excellent stay and we would certainly recommend it and stay here again.

The place was lovely and just like the pictures. It was easy to find and above all else Momba and Samuel were wonderful hosts meeting us in person as we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my family and I.
