Vacation rentals with beach access in Zala County

After spontaneously choosing a week of vacation in Hungary with the family, we found this lovingly furnished property. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted, there was immediately a familiar feeling. The communication in advance was great, we thank you for their spontaneity ;-). They offered us a quick solution and were very helpful in answering our questions. The communication in German was great, which we found very easy. The place, exceeded our expectations, we immediately felt at home. For any issue, the hosts were immediately on hand, it is an advantage that they are on site daily. The value for money was very good, we were lucky enough to be the second in this newly built property. Overall, our stay was super great, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be back! Sandra and Peter were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The apartment itself was spotless, well-furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect getaway!

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The hosts are very kind, communication went smoothly and the property had everything you needed. Our highlight was the balcony with wonderful views of Lake Balaton.

A very kind and courteous host, a really great person! The apartment is clean and tidy. Air conditioning and Wifi. Good equipment, large refrigerator, washer, induction hob, coffee maker, fold-out dryer, iron and even umbrellas and a fold-out crib. Great for a family of 2+2. Separate entrance to the apartment. Quiet neighborhood - the only noise is passing cars -they and windows are from the side of the neighborhood road. To the beach about 500m - easy to walk to the beach. The beach itself is clean, well-maintained, and at a very affordable price. Nice for families and not crowded. A sandy bottom that slightly lowers. The center of the village is a 20-minute walk along the lake. Thank you Jozsef for a great stay.

We were a group of 6 friends who have been on vacation together for a few days together for 10 years. We liked the accommodation mainly because of the plenty of space as well as the great outdoor kitchen. The air conditioning in the living room was also a great advantage in the great heat. The host has been flexible with our needs and allowed us an almost perfect vacation. Thank you again to the host and we will be happy to come back!

We had a great vacation at Lászlón's place. Everything was at home in the house, nothing was missing. The host provided really great facilities in the little things that delighted us, the needs for the grill, coffee, tea. The dishwasher and washing machine made all the service more enjoyable. The group of sailors participating in the regatta had the great pleasure of spending a few days in a charming cottage on Lake Balaton and it was a time of exceptional hospitality. The cottage was perfectly prepared for the arrival of the group – clean, well-maintained and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and helpful – quick and hassle-free contact, and all information was provided clearly and in advance. We felt really welcome. We definitely recommend this cottage to all those who are looking for relaxation in a beautiful environment, with easy access to the charms of Balaton. We will certainly return!

Oliver’s Balaton house was prefect for a family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone and privacy upstairs for the teenager. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the beach bar. The house was spotless and the owners provided good quality bed linen and towels. The house stays cool inside during the heat of the day. Highly recommended.

The owner, Peter, was very kind, and needless to say, the condition of the house was very good. It was a 5-minute walk to the lake, so it was nice to swim, and there were good restaurants nearby. If I plan to travel to Lake Balaton next time, I plan to visit again. It was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you Peter

Very spacious, clean, top-floor apartment with terrace in the center of Hévíz. Straight forward check in/out. Well equipped, including kitchen.

Edina was welcoming, helpful and kind from the very start. Her multi-lingual talent and congenial manner made us feel very comfortable. The facilities were perfect to our needs and there were unexpected extras and thoughtful inclusions. A very comfortable, modern and clean facility in a central location to Heviz and surrounds. A 'recommend'.

Beautiful, new, very well-equipped apartment in the center of Heviz. Very advantageous also the private parking space in the underground parking lot. Personal check-in/out, sparkling clean apartment.

Edina's rental over-exceeded my expectations, because she literally thought of EVERYTHING to make her guests' stay comfortable and made sure we don't lack in anything that makes us feel like we have a place away from home during our stay in Hévíz. I usually pack lots of extra items because most hosts are frugal . Edina's place was the first where we had enough clean towels, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towel and she even had good quality olive oil, salt and spices and AMPLE amounts of coffee capsules. Even though she had a capsule coffee maaker, she brought us a traditional moka pot per out request. My son was delighted to find some wooden toys to play with and some complimentary chocolate. The place was furnished with all.things of GOOD quality and Edina's kindness and expertise was above & beyond. We arrived much later than anticipated but she waited for us without giving us a hard time. Every penny we paid was WELL worth this wonderful accomodation!!
