The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, clean, modernly furnished, and I appreciate many thoughtful touches, for example, a prepared dog bed and dog mats. I can recommend a place to relax with friends, barbecue, and relax in the garden by the pool. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

The cottage is located in 500 meters from the entrance to Lake Synevir. On the territory of the cottage there is a gazebo, a children's playground and a swing. There are several cafes near the house where you can eat inexpensively and deliciously, one of them has a 10% discount for residents of cottages "U Vita". The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need, and if something is missing, you can contact Vitalia, it is very responsive and hospitable. The only disadvantage is the distance to the nearest store, it is located in the village 5 kilometers from the cottage, and a good supermarket is 20 kilometers away.

Great place to stay whether you are by yourself, a couple or a small family. Peaceful, no neighbours - except birds and cat that wanted to keep us company. Host was great - as he called the next day to ask how our stay was and if we had any suggestions. Perfect. I wish we could stay longer

A good option for an economical holiday with a family. The hosts of the house are extremely friendly, always in touch, offered their help with any questions. Hosts live in the same yard, but they didn't interfere with the rest and the yard is a little secluded. You could always order homemade delicious food for an adequate price and buy homemade milk and eggs. The house is not well renovated, but there is everything you need for your stay, and if something is missing - the hosts will instantly bring it :) The house is for a thrifty getaway for a family or a small group of friends. From the disadvantages: 7 kilometers you have to go on a very bad road. Sometimes I didn't want to go anywhere, so as not to go on that scary road. But for those who, on the contrary, do not want to go anywhere, there is a place around the house where to walk :) Another unpleasant minus - the toilet door does not close until the end, so I do not advise those who need to seclude themselves for toiletries)) Overall, I recommend the house.

The cabin is incredible. It can be seen that the hosts put their soul into its organization, very cozy and comfortable, there is attention to detail, clean and comfortable. The hosts are hospitable, open to questions, always happy to help, while being completely unobtrusive. It feels like home. The territory is huge, green, there are places to relax with a book, you can catch trout and fry, there is a mountain river outside the window, near which you can light a vat and have privacy. There is a place for a car. There is a store nearby with a variety of goods. In general, the experience is incredible positive and if we decide to visit Pylypets again, we will definitely stay in the Cozy yard.

Andrianna is a wonderful host. Any question we had was solved immediately. It is a very beautiful quiet location, though you need to have a car to get anywhere. The house itself has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is built like a mini-hotel. Well-maintained and cozy.
