Located on the outskirts of town and already in the midst of beautiful nature, we cordially invite you to a relaxing vacation in our Ferien-Nest-Plus! Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

Neustadt an der Orla: Quiet location with top connections – A9 and B281 are close, Gera and Saalfeld are within easy reach by train. Vacation home: Idyllically located, 1.5 km from the center, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Three floors with a kitchen-living room, tiled stove, living room with TV, bedroom (extra bed for up to 4 people possible), modern bathroom and washing machine. Cycling and hiking trails nearby. Ideal for relaxation, nature vacations or creative retreats.

Vacation home in the heart of Ziegenrück, the "Pearl on the Thuringian Sea" We have lovingly renovated the house with ecological materials and given it back the old charm of 1904. Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

A grill and bicycles are available on request. Indoor and outdoor games are provided. Parking spaces are in front of the door. There are many activities in the area, such as climbing park, dam, bowling alley, escape room, … . It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and uncomplicated vacation.

You can spend relaxing evenings in the covered BBQ area – the charcoal is already included. Ideal for families, friends and guests with dogs.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Located just outside the village, I offer you a modern, newly furnished apartment with cozy living room/bedroom (double bed + 2x extra beds on sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave...) and a bright bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes into the nature reserve in the "Land of a Thousand Ponds." Also enjoy the idyllic view of the Thuringian Highlands.

The Shack in the Forest

Welcome to our retreat in the woods. Our small forest cabin is located on a fenced woodland property and awaits nature-loving guests. We use filtered rainwater and electricity from a small solar panel system, following the motto of returning to the source for pure nature and tranquility. Sometimes less is more. Dogs get their money's worth. The approximately 1000m² forest is fenced in with a 160cm high fence and the dogs can run freely
