The 73m² apartment can accommodate five people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The first bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide), the second has a double bed (180cm wide). The wardrobes provide ample storage space. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bath, a washbasin and a WC. The spacious kitchen has a dining space and is equipped with a stove and an oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Apart from the kitchen, the living room also has an air conditioning unit, one sofa bed (190cm long) and a TV. The yard around the house is fenced and therefore suitable for children and pets. During season, the Old Town is very crowded and full of life almost 24/7, which makes our location just perfect.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
