Total area of 34 m2 in two levels. The lower level consists of a living room with a corner sofa, a dining room and an equipped kitchen as well as its own bathroom, the upper level is a sleeping block with a French bed. The apartment also has a small courtyard with a seating area and a smoking area. The parking space in front of the building is public and free of charge.
