I was a little nervous looking at the comments because everyone wants the place to be clean, and I even brought pillows and towels and sheets, but when I went there, I realized that it wasn't necessary. Since the building is new, there are some things that will pass with time, but that's not bad. It did its job well, it was very good in terms of price performance. Mr. Hüseyin and his son were very kind and helpful. Finally, let me say that I forgot to buy a hair dryer, I told Mr. Hüseyin's son, and he left it at our door early in the morning. And he waited for us until late to give us the key. Thank you

A very nice flat and Ali was a great host, very thoughtful and kind, and glad to help in any way he could Excellent WiFi, tea available, and just about walkable from town. My only slight downside was some noise factors in the block and the nearby railway track, but not too bad. Overall a good place to stay with all mod cons and a wonderful host
