An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Izmir Konak. Unser aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Erwartungen wie auf dem Fotos, war es alles Perfekt. Die Gastgebern Frau Tülin und die Frau Hazal waren sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber, es gab alles was man braucht von A-Z. Die Lage ist direkt Zentral in Izmir-Alsancak, zu Fuß kommt man überall hin. Nochmals Vielen Dank für alles.

Melek’s apartment is a well lived in Airbnb, with amenities and even a stacked fridge included. The host is undoubtly an excellent one, she is communicative and friendly. When I had an issue with losing the key, she cancelled an appointment to make time to let me back in. I’m very thankful for this and for having me!

Zeynep hanım ve eşi çok tatlı insanlardı. Her zaman bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Ev gerçekten çok temizdi. Jakuzi büyük demişlerdi yorumlarda, tahminimden de büyükmüş. Rahat 4kişilikti sanırım. Sadece 2 gün kaldık ama daha fazla da kalmak isterdik. Birdahaki gelişimizde tekrar burayı seçeceğimizden şüphemiz yok. Çok memnun kaldık ❤️

Tülin Hanım ve eşi inanılmaz samimilerdi. İstediğimiz zaman hızlıca onlara ulaşabildik. Ev gerçekten tertemiz ve çok büyüktü. 3 çocuklu 2 aile olarak bir hafta tatil yaptık ve inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Bir oda ebeveyn banyolu. Ayrıca evde büyük bir banyo da mevcut. Mutfak büyük ve her şey tertemizdi. Evimizde kullandığımız her materyal burada da mevcuttu. Havuz temiz ve büyüktü. Konaklamamız sırasında da düzenli temizliği yapıldı ve ilk defa bir havuz sonrası çocuklarımız hastalık yaşamadı. Meyve ağaçları, sebze bostanı, üzüm asmaları ve tavuklarıyla tam anlamıyla bir çiftlik evi burası. Kızlarım ilk defa tavuklardan yumurta topladı. Bu bile memnun kalmamız için harika bir sebep😊 Bence fotoğraflar tam anlamıyla evi yansıtmıyor çünkü ev görsellerden birkaç kat daha güzel😊 açıkçası görsellere bakınca beklentimizi yüksek tutmamıştık ama evi görünce bayıldık diyebilirim. Bahçesiyle, verandasıyla harika bir yer. 3 hatta 4 aileye yetecek büyüklükte. Kesinlikle hep tercih edeceğiz burayı.
