Private botique house with a river view gazebo, fireplace BBQ, ,samovar area, beautiful garden, with tall fruit trees, a private river beach and amazing mountain view on Shahdag mountain. the house is located 12 min from the Shahdag ski resort. The house is perfectly equated with electricity, gas, heating system both for water and home, satellite led TV, washing machine, fridge, and all what needed a great vacation. This place is peace of heaven, it has wonderfully clean air, amazing garden.

I had a mixed experience staying at Javid’s Airbnb. On the positive side, Javid was very kind, helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Additionally, its location is excellent, with markets, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place during winter. The bathroom has no heating system, making it extremely cold. While there are two heaters for the living area and kitchen, they are either not powerful enough or not working properly, leaving the space uncomfortably cold—we had to wear jackets indoors. The master bedroom, on the other hand, has a good heater and was noticeably warmer than the rest of the apartment. Overall, this would be a great place to stay during summer, but I wouldn’t recommend it in winter due to the heating issues.

hi I just want to say Vuqars house is s hidden gem. such a beautiful house...new furniture...beautiful landscapes....so clean surroundings..all equipped kitchen 😍 Mr vuqar is so warm hospitable and helpful.he is really a gentleman with a warm heart. he is always ready to help and serve us wherever needed. truely appreciate his warmth. he suggested local shopping also and came also with us. fantastic...homely and comfortable are few words to describe Mr Vuqars house. Thk u Mr Vuqar for everything. we would love to be ur guest again 😍

We had a wonderful stay at Sadiq’s Weekend home! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pool was fantastic — clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also great, close to everything we needed.
